LOL! Those wouldn't work for snow in Canada... if they went up to your knee maybe

It looks like the temps are going to be quite warm next week -- middle of summer temps for us -- so I'm sure I'll get to wear them without socks

Ok- so now I live in Phoenix where 50 is cold for us. When we lived in Utah those shoes would have worked. I guess I did not look to see Canada...So I could see how they would not work there.

I wore my croc flip flops for my last summer vacation to Disneyland and my feet were in heaven the whole time.

I just bought my first pair of crocks today. Not flip flops mind you but the traditional crocks. . .. I am a total flip flop geek. . .I usually have 30 + pairs for our desert summers (March to October). I am trying out the crocks because someone on the WDW website pointed out that they were heavenly. We shall see. In the meantime, I am ordering a pair of crock flip.

Speaking of shoes. It just kills me to see women wearing heals at DL. I'm talking serous heals or healed boots. I just don't get it. Their poor feet, why do women do that to themselves.

I'm trying so hard to understand the big deal about these shoes but man they are ugly. Maybe I need to try a pair on and see what all the hype is. They just look hot, ugly and rubbery... hahahah I'll trust you croc pro's hahah

I felt the exact same way until they came out with Disney crocs. The mouse gets me every time

I know and some are dressed in nice dresses too and I know they aren't CM's. Why do they do this???? I've always stared at their feet in wonder. I'm a very casual DL person. I wear minimal makeup if any at all and I wear comfortable clothes and reef flip flops or tennis shoes!

I have never had a problem wearing open-toed shoes at DL. I don't even take tennis shoes anymore. I just wear my Teva's (and don't have to take them off because they are strapped on) and I occasionally wear my crocs. Just wear what is most comfortable for you.

I remember reading posts about people losing a flip-flop on the water rides (Pirates, Storyland, etc.) and advising to either not wear them, or use the back strap if it has one (like Crocs or other clogs.)

I live in flip-flops during the summer, and had no trouble keeping it on my foot. But what a hassle it would have been had I lost one in the middle of the park!

yes good point but I wouldn't it have been fun to go buy Mickey flip flops to replace them. Next time I am there I might "lose" mine just so I can convince dh I NEEDED the new mickey shoes!!!

Yes you all follow this advice and I will come home with ten random pairs of flip flops!!! Could you imagine me scrounging around DL for all of your lost flip flops??!!

This could be fun. "Honey I need a new pair of shoes, I just lost one." Since I generally wear Birkenstocks and now Crocs he probably would believe it. Then again he might make wear my Etnie tennis shoes. Yuck. Note to self, must come up with new shoe plan or forget Etnies at home.
