Shoe Shopping at Kohl's Updated with New Photos

This must depend on your store. I have NEVER encountered anything close to this in any of the 3 Kohl's I shop regularly.

Maybe it's city by city based on the patrons. We have 4 Kohl's stores here and I've been to all of them a few times (there are two I frequent) and they are always just hot messes. The women's clothes anyway, not other areas. I attribute it to many slobs and busy stores because we have an influx of Canadian shoppers in this area (they aren't necessarily the slobs, just make the stores busier )

There are 3 nearby that I have been to. All of them are a mess. Plenty of employees standing around doing nothing while clothes lay on the floor and trash sits on the shelves. They have plenty of time to mark prices up before the sales though .

Really? I find that hard to believe. I can't think of a store I have been in that has had "plenty" of employees. Usually you have to look to find one!

Success!!! Found the shoes I wanted in my size at another Kohl's. Not worn, never even been tried on. I could tell because the laces were tied in that "fresh from the factory" manner.



I like them, but my cat Symbiosis doesn't seem particularly impressed.


DW complains that all my plain socks are boring, so while I was there I got some fancier ones.




And since this is Kohl's, of course there's going to be a wonky pricing discrepancy. Vans, original price $54.99, now on sale for $59.99.

Really? I find that hard to believe. I can't think of a store I have been in that has had "plenty" of employees. Usually you have to look to find one!

I know what you mean! Like Home Depot where you have so many employees asking to help you until that time when you actually need someone. At Kohls I see so many people trying to do anything but engage customers.
