Shipping Luggage

Has anyone shipped luggage from their hotel home or used any of the luggage shipping services? We are trying to figure out how difficult it would be, what shipping services are available at the resort (AKL), and reviews for places like Luggage Forward that offer pickup and delivery service.

Any tips or tricks would be appreciated.

We shipped home a box of laundry from POR from the General Store. They had a fee on top of regular UPS fees.
