She Always Pees on Mainstreet at Magic Kingdom! Update 2/9

freakin Football Kicking T fell down from 5 feet in the air on my right big toe. Cried so hard I had snot bubbles. I am sure I will loose the nail and the thing is swollen. I need to find a Buddha to rub. :cool2:

The belly of a Buddha I mean. :thumbsup2

I know how you all think. ;)

Sorry if that offended any local Buddha's. :lmao:

OK...for those of you thinking that the "football" tee is a rubber item so wth damage could that possibly do? Well this one is for training kicking form so it is steel and heavy!!!! (3-4 pounds).
mw-wif9913.jpg

It did some damage. Also Dawn is awful at judging sizes (thank god) :rotfl2: and heights (:teacher: numbers are not her thing) ** side note *** great cook though! The closet shelf is about six feet off the ground and thanks to a teenager "cleaning his room" the tee was stacked on a bunch of stuff on that shelf so it fell about 7 feet. OUCH....

Baylor is still running from his mom...I think he headed east so if ya'll see him in KY or TN please tell him it is ok to come home and we still love him. (ok really we are just trying to give him a false sense of security to catch the lil sucker...he is FAST.:rolleyes1:rolleyes1

Thanks for explaining because I was really wondering ho:rotfl:w that little rubber thing could cause that much damage!

Dawn...feel better soon!!!!!!

Dawn! Dang woman, stop hurting yourself. Actually could you have a little sit down with yourself and just kinda let yourself know that enough is enough. :confused3

Man, does the funny just come pouring out of you like good food? You are one funny lady. Keep on laughing sweetie, and good luck with the tummy, toe stuff.........:upsidedow

Hugs:hug: KIM

Another great trip report going on here!!! Sorry you have been feeling so rotten. When in March will you be at the mouse house? We are going from 3/18-3/27. I still wish it had worked out last year to get our picture with the infamous Dawn. :worship: Maybe this year?

Hi all! Laundry R Us this morning then to get a update done!

If we go to Florida in March we will leave the 10th - arrive the 11th and depart the 19th.

There are a few things up in the air right now but resies have been made for hotel and dining.

It will just be Baylor with us so I hope to hook him up with WIGD's Baylor for some teen boy - get away from parents - time! :worship:

We have hotel stay at All Star Movies - a place I have never stayed at but what was open at a good rate at last minute! Then for dining....

Not in order:

Cali Grill
Yachtsman
Ohanna's
Le Cellier - lunch
Sanna
Boma - breakfast
Kona - breakfast
Kona - dinner
Tutto Italia
Via Nappoli
La Hacienda - apps for Illuminations

There may be more but not I don't have my itinerary with me at the moment.
We plan on using only 2 TS credits at each meal since Dan and I are both on WW.

With the wedding happening in July, I need to make sure that is the biggest priority and the money is taken care of there first. This was supposed to be Baylor's spring break with his Dad but he is taking him somewhere the last weekend in March so it is kind of last minute I am trying to squeeze something in.

I believe we will be driving, unless the Gods decide to get cheap with airfare. Since there is only 3 we can take a more gas economic car and again, driving would be about $400 max vs flying almost $1000 with current rates. Add that to a senior graduating and having a grad party in June, wedding in July and then moving costs for Carsyn and Treyner back to college in SC...money will need to be wisely spent.

Ok - I just had my gut sink...Carsyn is leaving in less than 7 months.

Dang....get so wrapped up in the day to day and what needs to get done I had not really thought about that.

The great news is we will have 2 kids to visit at the same location and I know we will be there in October again for Parent Weekend. Treyner hopes to have a house bought this summer so maybe we can head there for Thanksgiving as well and I can cook at his place.

I will be 40 by then ya know.

I mean that is old enough to have a kid own his own house right?

Man! It has gone by too fast...I should scan some old pics of the kids at Disney for you all!

And....there may be a work related trip in August to WDW since they are having a convention at the Contemporary over my 40th....I would be insane to miss a business write off when it seems so perfect right!!!! ;) :thumbsup2 :lmao:

Hey Dawn! I will be on the look out for you in March! (Does that sound stalker-ish?) Maybe our paths will cross, we are dining at some of the same places.

I hear ya on the airfare! Lordy, it's ridiculous! We are driving down too. We could almost car pool!! We're leaving here on the 8th and cruising from 10 - 13th. Then we'll be at SSR one night and AKL for four nights. I hope we can see you!
of course, I could just run into you at the Mall around here!

You do have a big year coming don't you! Lots of big changes for your family! I'm sure you will handle it with grace and humor, like always! I can't believe you are not even 40! (that's not a slam based on your appearance, just that you were obviously a young mom and have such wisdom) Did I cover my A$$ well there?
I better quit now.

Special helmut, bubble wrap, AND a cup (you never know) :rolleyes1

Thanks for the Food-Porn, even if it's Shakey's pizza buffet...STILL.

Lady, I don't know if even bubble wrap would be enough for you at this point, sorry to say that, but ....it's the truth! Maybe you need a round room, padded and no sharp objects allowed in it.

I really hope the Dr's can get things straightened out for you and hey, if you lose the toe nail, file it to make a mickey head and start a charm bracelt.

They had a buffet and we each got a small plate of food. Our man offered to make us anything we wanted but I was not trusting my gut and after tasting a memory, I realized why I do not lick scrapbooks. :lmao:

OMG shakeys?, I didn't know they were still around. And did you really mean to say you don't "lick" scrapbooks, or did you mean to say "like" scrapbooks, cause really if you're lickin scrapbooks that could be one of the reasons you're sick. Just sayin...again.:confused3

I can't wait for your next update. I have 4 days off work next week, FOUR! so I can do alot of reading, I'm just gonna need some material ya know.

Oh my.....:scared1: I can just picture that scary bathroom!! Elww elww elww!!
I agree with Mary Ellen on the probiotics.....love em :thumbsup2
Some of your issues are similar to what my boss just went through....he had diverticulosis and part of his intestine removed. His infections lasted well over a month and also ended up having a hole in his bladder. He is brand new now (except for not having a personality transplant as I had requested :rolleyes1) and is feeling great.
Awesome about your March trip.....great ADR's and a wonderful time to escape this cold *** weather. :goodvibes
Shakey's sounds familiar...wonder if I saw something about them on tv once....don't think I have ever seen one in person.

That made me gag! :lmao:

No...I meant lick! :rotfl2: Meaning I don't lick scrapbooks trying to recreate a memory so why do I think eating pizza that was bad 25 years ago will be good! :thumbsup2 :lmao:

If I can get the stupid bulk uploader to work I would be in biz! Stupid photobucket!

Some of your issues are similar to what my boss just went through....he had diverticulosis.......OMG - That is something they are checking on because my younger sister has it as well as a few of my uncles...I just want an answer!!! I have tried no dairy, no gluten etc...and none seems to be the answer.

Tracy

So hoping we can make it a go!!! :worship:

We have an ADR for California Grill on Friday 3/18 at 7:30...maybe we will run into you if you are thinking the same night! Also, we are staying at BLT and I know you had talked about wanting to stay there, so you can come on over and check it out if you'd like. I hear they have the place on lockdown and you need a key to enter the building.

The first four days of our trip will be just Mark (hubby), Emma (almost 7) and me. My MIL joins us when we switch over to a 1 bed at BWV. Did you hear that??? That was the sound of any chance of romance flying out the window once she joins us. We also have friends that will be coming for just one night and will play golf with Mark. Does Dan play golf?

We could swing something hopefully for the 18th to say hi - BLT sounds great to see. It is our last night and we head out by mid day the 19th! :headache:

Dan is not a golfer...not yet anyway! :teacher:

Sorry about the romance leaving...although I say increase the romance to the point she will never want to come again!!! :rotfl2:

I too have done the scary bathroom thing. Although only for pee pee. I had to bring the kids in there and of course hover, you can't sit down :scared1: and I kept barking "don't touch anything!" and confusing them.

After everyone was done and washed, I made them use my antibacterial wipes AND rub in some antibacterial cream back out in the car (which DD HATES) and DS was so confused. "But, we just washed our hands!"

I would rather pee behind the old oak tree at the back of the place.

Can NOT imagine having to throw up in one of those places.

<Shudder>

Welllllll....now I am throwing another maybe out for spring break...

Drive to Corpus Christi and here is why.

#1 Our friends from Ireland will be in Austin for a music festival over spring break so we could see them for a night or two.

#2 Spend 3 days in San Antonio and do River Walk, Alamo and Sea World

#3 Spend 3-4 days at the beach...found pet friendly place with VRBO so we could bring 2 smallest dogs with which would save money on dog sitters for 2 dogs for 12 days.

#4 Visit Waco and let Baylor see Baylor University

#5 Drive through Oklahoma City and see the Memorial to the Fed bldg.

#6 Besides Padre, Baylor has never been to TX and I have never been there.

#7 From our other travels we have some free hotel nights for locations minus the beach.

#8 Can cook at the condo while at the beach so food can be cheaper.

Our best estimate is that it would be $1,000 cheaper than Disney. Baylor is the only kid going so would it be more fun for him to visit places he has not seen or Disney where he could meet kids at the pool? Wigd & Shoker will not be there the same week so no Baylor & Baylor....

I will have to wait until Baylor gets home to discuss with him this option. We had thrown it around before but not seriously.

UGH!

Texas sounds good to me! Course I'm biased!! AHEM!

If you end up in Austin, we have to figure out some time to meet up!!

Ok - I need help guys - has anyone been to San Antonio before...other areas of TX - do I choose TX or do I choose Disney?

My heart loves Disney of course but seeing new places is nice as well. Baylor is leaning to TX - he loved South Padre when he was there with his Dad a few years ago...said the Riverwalk area looked neat.

I just hate canceling all the dinner resies that went so well etc., but we all know we will be back again...

I should have never looked elsewhere...ugh!

I'd try someplace new. Save Disney for the next time you can all go together :)

We loved San Antonio!!! The river walk is awsome. The Alamo is great. My boys loved Sea World. Would go back in a heart beat.

We spent a few days in San Antonio for Spring Break a few years ago. Lots of fun - Riverwalk, great food, art shops...the Alamo. There's a Sea World there too. Lots of history and art and interesting architecture - you'd probably love it!

But, over WDW? I dunno.

If you had a Boma ADR at the same time as either of ours, I'd say, you should go to WDW! 3/14 dinner or 3/18 breakfast by the way.

Thanks for all the responses! Last night I figured out that Padre by Corpus Christi is nowhere near South Padre! :sad2:

So it would be a new place for all of us! Then I also realized it was Texas spring break which might mean it is more crowded everywhere we go....

No clue still what to do. Waiting to hear from the Irish friends on what they have for ability to meet up.

We also are tossing around going to WDW for a few less days and then hitting the beach for a day on the gulf and then New Orleans for 2 days for somewhere new.

Any thoughts on that???

Dan heads to the airport today around noon, I just got my photo pass CD from WIGD and Shannn says she will have photos from her birthday uploaded for me to access since they had a better camera, so I should be ready for some time to get this sucker underway!!! :worship:
