Have you found your shoes yet? Blue shoes with wedding dresses are really pretty!!
We aren't doing a garter toss either, but I'm wearing my blue garter just because I like it And it gives me my something blue!

I do have my shoes already and they are white. I am a "everything has to be pink" girl. lol. I wanted to get pink shoes and this is the one thing my mom was like NO! haha. But I am putting pink crystals on them in the shape of mickey heads. I may just get a simple blue garter for my "something blue."

So I just received some awesome news!

The previously scheduled 12pm wedding has moved back until 2:30pm!

So all our plans are back on like before....DF and I take separate pictures before ceremony, he sees me for the first time walking down the aisle, and then we take pictures together after and we have longer than 15 minutes!

Oh yea and yesterday made 4 years we have been dating. I am a Minnie Mouse freak (I even have one of those huge ones). lol.

Okay, so today I received an email from my planner. Not very happy, almost in tears. So 115 days till the wedding and I am just made aware of this today?? Our wedding is at 10am at the wedding pavilion and another wedding has been scheduled for noon. So we have to complete and entire Catholic wedding which will be an hour, have our staged exit, and then take pictures. Everything at the pavilion has to be done with by 11:15am. Really how am I supposed to do staged exit and pics in 15 minutes?? So I have to break the news the the DF tonight who was determined not to see me until I walked down the aisle that he may just have to see me before so we can get some picture around the pavilion. The other two options were to shorten my ceremony or take pictures around Narccoossee's. Shortening the ceremony is not an option.

So do y'all think I should just take my pics before the ceremony or what?

Can I ask how you are having a Catholic wedding ceremony at the wedding pavilion? I was under the impression that no priest will perform a ceremony unless it is in a Catholic parish church. Thanks.

I am so excited to say that everything is done and packed in 3 64 qt plastic bins and ready to be dropped off to our wedding planner on May 30th. Woohoo! Such a relief that everthing is all done now. Hopefully I can get an interview soon for a job. It's almost 3 months since college graduation and still no job. . Next item to tackle is the cake design for engagement/gift party bbq. My parents are hosting it at their home. I make cakes so of course I will be designing and making the cake. Not sure of the exact size becuase not sure how many people are attending yet. I thinking along the lines of 9x13 double layer. 1/2 pineapple filling and 1/2 milk chocolate filling. Any suggestions on designs for the cake??

I know I've seem to have disappeared. My soon to be brother in law (he is 14) broke his clavicle. So I've been visiting him and going to doctors appointments with him and soon to be MIL. Also, I have been doing some Spring cleaning in between all that. So everything is finally slowing down and I have free time.

You have a good bit of time left! I just freak out if everything is not in one place where I can see everything. Especially since I have to go check on my boxes 5 times a day to make sure it's still there! lol Good luck!

So from our last fiasco I thought we were really done and it was smooth sailing from then on. SURPRISE AGAIN! My mom and I called to change the number of guests for our rehearsal breakfast reservation at 'Ohana @ 10:45am on June 3 and they are like no you have one at 8:45am! My mom looked at me and was like did you get this wrong? So I pulled up the email from our planner which says 10:45am and has a confirmation number. Now all the people we talked to so far are saying it won't be possible for 10:45am to happen! AHHHH! So the invitations were supposed to be mailed out tomorrow...now that is on hold. Contacted our wedding planner's assistant and waiting for a call back from our planner. She will be back in the office tomorrow!
I am starting to wonder if we will show up for the wedding and they will be like "oh, sorry we booked your wedding for 1pm not 10am."
