Sharing Fun in the Sun in Aulani (Beach gear swap and share)

Wish I had seen this post earlier! I never noticed!... I msged the person right before me in hopes he gets my message!
 
We have been having a great time. We made good use of the boogie board, float, chair, and milk. We were in a studio so we didn't get to use much of the food stuff but we are passing along what is still good.

We bought a LARGE gray tub that just fits on the bell services cart to make the exchange go easier. For now everything but the chair fits in the tube with room to spare.

Bell Services was a bit confused as to why we had so much stuff for our studio but understood when I explained what was going on. When we drove up and gave them our name they all were excited to tell us we had stuff waiting that had been left by our friends.

We are off to Waikiki beach for a few nights tomorrow. I hope the next family has as much fun as we did.

Looks like our week might be already booked up. We arrive June 1-depart June 9. If we can't get in on the swap, I'd like to contribute our leftover stuff at the end of the week. Is that possible?

Got a great suggestion from cropper and I contacted the person after me to see if I could get their name and pick up the stuff using their name since the person before me is already at Aulani and then I can leave the stuff again under the same name to the person after me.

Even if I cant use stuff, I would rather leave the stuff we buy with a disboarder than leave it. If anyone is coming after us message me so we can leave our stuff for you. I have two kids that will be using beach toys. I can at least leave those behind.

It is now all in a large gray tube that just fits on the bell services cart.

I will also throw in my entertainment book when I get there in May and I have a driving & discovering Oahu book that I can put in there too.

I'm so happy someone started this-I was sad to be doing a Disney vacation without my owner's locker!
 
I'll be there on June 20th - June 28th. Looks like some overlap but if there are multiple families with duplicates I would assume there is enough to share across. Can't wait to bask in the Hawaiin sun!
 
We will be there from Sept. 25- Oct. 6 and would love to take part in this if these dates are available. We have two girls, 8 and 10, plus my parents are going with us too.

We might be interested in this too! We will be there 11/23-12/2. Our group will be all adults, so if there is a family with children at the same time, maybe we could share. I will follow the thread and check back when it's closer.
