Sharing a Fireworks cruise July 3rd. All Booked!

We have booked a boat leaving from the Contemporary on July 3. Cost of boat is $478 and we want to tip captain $80. Total is $558. $69.75 per person.

Tentative time to meet is 7:45 but we are to call 2 weeks ahead to verify.

I specifically booked BLT so we could go to TOTW lounge, but DH prefers to see the fireworks from the water. We did this December 30th one year and the view of those special fireworks from the boat was spectacular. I hope that's the case. This was the finale last year from the TOTW:

I am bumping this, but also telling you we will be leaving for DCL's Transatlantic cruise today, and will not be back in The states until May 30th, so I will not be monitoring this thread as regularly as I am now!

Never been during July 4th week and would love to see fireworks without the crowd. I am DVC member and would love to see them at TOWL but the 3rd and 4th are blocked for the folks staying at BLT.

I just booked the fireworks cruise for July 3 and my price is 533 for the boat rental. Did you receive a 10 percent discount? If so, may I ask how? I am also DVC but when I called no discount. Appreciate your help.
