You DO know "kidding" is the term for goats giving birth, Dear?

Years ago, we a had a mama goat give birth to four -- count'em FOUR baby goats. The first one came out fine but the second one was in there kinda crossways. I called the vet and he said just keep shovin'em back in until I saw front feet comin' out first. It worked like a charm...and that's my "kidding" story. baaaaaaaaaaa
I am totally loving this thread and will try to get some nice current pics of my fur (and feathers) family on Friday.

We have two collies.

Belle is six years old. She is a tri-color rough collie. Our oldest daughter wanted to name her Cinderella, but I just couldn't bring myself to stand in the yard and call Cinderella. Way too wicked step motherish...so we decided to name her Belle because she is so beautiful and because Grace (DD) says Belle is the smartest princess...

Breeze is three years old. She is a beautiful blue merle smooth collie. She is the kid's dog. She follows them all around, lets them dress her up and plays their games. That dog was born to share her life with kids. She has so much personality and loves her girls (the two legged kind).

I remember that thread. I tried to give you a gift, but I couldn't figure out how to post it. I even had a really cool hat picked out, too. I must have left before all the animal excitement.

I used to like cats until.......

1. The one I was taking care of for a friend while he was out of town decided it'd be fun to "draw blood" from both of my arms.

and

2. The neighbor's cat decided it'd be fun to come over for a visit while I was doing a photo shoot for a local cheesecake company outdoors. It jumped onto the cheesecake and bolted.
