There are four hiden mickeys in the carousel of progress, that I know of:

Last room (modern or future room)-
To the left, there is a fire place behind the old man. Above it is a mantle. The nutcracker closest to the audience is a hidden mickey. To the right of that and down, in between the daughter, the christmas tree, and the old man. There is a stuffed animal amongst the presents which is a mickey. To the right of that and back up. On the wall behind and to the right of the tv there is an abstract painting which contains a hidden mickey. To the right of that on the island/counter where the guy cooking is standing there is a white pepper grinder/shaker that has mickey ears.


Those are the only ones that I know of (or can think of right now)

There are a lot of HM's and I know where several are but I'll only post one.
In the land ride as you are going around a corner there is a big glass window they have a bunch of test tubes in a holder some of the caps are a different color which form a HM.

for my bsday i got a hidden mickey book

on a random page it says:
the boneyard

just inside the entranceyou'll find a reddish brownish classic mickey pattern in the flooring under the drinking fountains.

Upstairs to the rear left, in a fenced off archeology display, three coins on a table form a classic mickey.

on the right side of the children's dig area, in a small display, a fan or two hard hats form a classic mickey

thats all from that area (i think)

My dd5 and I were watching a show on Disney secrets and they mentioned the hidden mickey's. She was very excited about the treasure hunt of finding them, so we are going to take a picture or write down the ones we find. She wants to see how many we can find during our trip, so this will be neat. She already pts them out on pictures we see, and she's GOOD!! Sees them in the bricks and stuff like that.

Not sure how we will document our finds yet... But can't wait to search!

Pal Mickey informed me yesterday that the romantic road/trainset in Germany has a HM but I couldn't figure out where it was.

I would of loved to see the faces of the other guys in the men's room when the flash went of on your camera!!! And you made it out alive!!

On the building facade at the 'Flights of Wonder' attraction in the AK, there's a 'turret' on the right side. About a third of the way down from the top, there's a row of bricks that were placed end-on when the structure was built. A hidden Mickey is cast into the end of each brick. Our DD spotted this in 1/03.

In AK on the safari, the island where the flamingos live! I also like the one in Splash Mountain in the fishing bobbers. It is an easy one to start with young children because they can find it and understand how the Hidden Mickey's are done.

I like looking for the mistakes in the setting of the tiles in the ceramic walls at the CR. We found the mistake of a 90 degree turn of one tile on the wall facing the Contemporary Grill. We also found the hidden Mickey on that wall. It is almost impossible to find or see for that matter but it is there!

I was told by the step daughter of the man who did the tile setting(she is a CM now)there are three other mistakes made in the setting of the tiles but I have not found them yet.

We did find the 5 legged goat!

My favs are:
In Maelstrom (Norway, Epcot) as you board the ride, there is a large painted mural on the wall. There is a Viking ship to the left (as you face the mural), and one of the vikings is wearing Mickey ears.

In AK at the Triceratops Spin, if you look at the yellow/orange planetoids that are all around the ride, there are multiple hidden Mickeys on the craters on them.

and...

In Tower of Terror, in the pre-show film, the little girl is holding a Mickey doll...

Hidden Mickeys are a great way to pass the time while waiting in line.

In the que for Peter Pan - when you are almost to the point where you board the ride right before you step on the moving platform - on the wall to your left there is a painting of trees. There is a hidden Mickey painted in the middle of a tree trunk as a hole in the tree.

Had to share this - My dd5 that I mentioned earlier about being obsessed with this was sitting on my lap as I was looking at pics of different resturants to try in WDW. She sees some ORANGES piled up and shouts, "LOOK MOM A HIDDEN MICKEY!!!" Ok, I think that is stretching it!!
