I doubt it. For one thing they keep you moving on the attraction. You wouldn't be able to just hang out for 20 minutes. Second, there is lot of stuff in the way and you'd be a good distance from the parade.

No good view of it at all from there.
Besides, a parade (unlike a fireworks show) is DESIGNED to be seen "up-close and personal".
