You all might want to consider a weight lifting regimen now...otherwise this may be an issue in a few months...work yourselves up to about 100 lbs...:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Lynn

Congrats to Allie!

:confused3 Something's not right here. A & V are sitting next to each other. Did they last the entire game like that?

And don't complain -- those bleachers have backs to them -- most that I know of do not.

LOL Actually- Alli left for the concession stand right after this pic - and she ended up on the other side of me for the rest of the game.

cute pics of you all and Alli!
yah bleacher's aren't the most comfortable, the angle is all wrong :confused3 hope you had a fun night!

I agree - the angle was all wrong...

Will do! :thumbsup2

Once we finished our ride on Splash, we were on the raft to TSI:

IMG_4422.jpg

As soon as we exited the raft - we ran into Joanna again. So, she snapped a couple of pictures of us at TSI.

I had a bunch of now n' then pics I needed to recreate here - so the girls and I were off to explore the caves, barrel bridges and the Fort.

IMG_4423.jpg

IMG_4425.jpg

IMG_4426.jpg

IMG_4428.jpg

When we arrived back at the Fort - Joanna was there again. So she took a bunch more PP pictures of us. Unfortunately, this is where we had to say good-bye to Joanna. Her shift was over for the day, and we were about ready to head back to the resort. It was so hot and Alli was feeling worse and worse by the minute.

IMG_4429.jpg

Once we got back to the "main land" - we were on a mission to find Pirate Goofy... V desperately wanted a picture with him and her Pirate Goofy outfit. It took us a while to find him, because he wasn't located where he was supposed to be, and every CM kept telling us the wrong spot. Finally, poor sick Alli said that she saw him back in between Adventure Land and Frontier Land. So, we backtracked and finally found him. The line wasn't too long - but it was in the sun - so Alli decided to sit this one out in the shade. She seemed to be feeling worse and worse as the day went on, and I was really starting to get nervous.

I didn't take any pictures of V with Priate Goofy - so I will share just one of my PP pictures:

Photo1944FourBySix.jpg

Pirate Goofy was IN LOVE with V's outfit... Again - Goofy stood there for about 10 minutes gushing over V and giving her all sorts of attention, and again - the people behind us were getting antsy and wishing their children had a Pirate Goofy outfit. Again, it was remarkable! Definately not our experience in Epcot - but very close. I am not sure that V will ever do WDW again with out a Goofy custom for every day. :woohoo:

Once we finished with Goofy - we opted to ride the train back to the front of the park. I didn't want Alli to walk, it was just so hot! While we were in line for the train (at the bottom of the stairs in Frontier Land) - I told V to peek at the FP return time for Splash... It was 5:40-6:40. So, I told her to grab a set, I thought it would be perfect timing to return that night.

I realized, while we were in line for the train, I hadn't taken any pictures of my shoe clippies from Beth...

IMG_4438.jpg

We stood in line for that train, for what seemed like forever! I've never had anything but a walk on experience with the train - I figured that once we got up the steps, we'd board the train. Not so! They had us qued through each and every possible place. Allison was still feeling very sick, and all I heard about the entire time we were in line was how we should have just walked to the front of the park. Well, we had waited in line for what seemed like forever, and darn it - we were riding the train to the front of the park. When we boarded the train, I looked at the time stamp on the FP - we had been in line for 40 minutes. I am pretty sure it was the longest line we stood in for our entire trip. Seriously - for the Steam Train! The problem, was that the line wasn't signed at all - so you had no idea how long it really was. Had it been signed, we would have walked.

I took a few pictures from the train as we were leaving:

IMG_4439.jpg

And I also snapped a couple of BTMRR's refurbing as we went past:

IMG_4441.jpg

IMG_4442.jpg

IMG_4443.jpg

And a couple more photos of the new Fantasy Land train station area:

IMG_4446.jpg

IMG_4449.jpg

IMG_4450.jpg

IMG_4451.jpg

Once we got off the train at Main Street Station... the girls had to use the bathroom before we headed back to the resort. I took the opportunity to snap a few crowd pictures...

IMG_4452.jpg

IMG_4453.jpg

We took the bus back to POFQ - we were so happy to be out of those crowds!

V went swimming
A napped
D~ went on the Dis

Now, before I end this little segment. I just want to reiterate how sick Alli was. Alli NEVER takes naps - she hasn't for years. But when she is sick, and only when she is very sick, she will nap. I knew, at this point, she was very sick, because she was sound asleep in our resort room. I was really feeling uneasy about this. Tomorrow is our last day, and we fly home - I was in a strange place, with out Josh and I didn't know what to do. I was praying the nap would do her some good.

Oh, a sick one at Disney is never good. I know you made it home OK, but I feel bad for her being sick while she was there. Poor thing.

I went to get V out of the pool at 5:15. I opted to let Alli sleep as long as I could. So, I didn't wake her until I got back to the room with V.

We left our room at 5:45 to go to the POFQ bus stop. Our bus to MK finally arrived at 6:20. I was gettin really nervous - despite being at the bus stop in pleanty of time to make it back to Splash for our FP return time - we were starting to cut it really close. To save some walking time - again - we decided to ride the train back to Frontier Land. We waited for a while for the train - it didn't come in to the station until 6:38. By the time we got to FL - we were 5 minutes past our window... They have been very strict enforcing these return times, so we figured we'd missed it - but we thought we'd try anyways. To our surprise - the CMs let us on!

IMG_4462.jpg

Once we finished on Splash - we opted to grab another FP for later.

Again - we rode the train around the park to Fantasy Land. It wasn't quite dark enough to see Dumbo at night (I'd heard it was spectacular - so it was something I wanted to see). We continued on the path to Tomorrowland... Already - the sun was starting to go down, it was much cooler and the crowds were much less intense.

Allison seemed to be feeing better! I was so relieved! That nap seemed to do her some good.

It was time to do the one thing we all had been dreaming about for 4 YEARS... Our Sweet Cream Cheese Pretzels at the Launching Pad.... And this time - we added a frozen Coke... All I can say is WOW - it didn't disappoint! We sat there for a very long time, just enjoying this - it was so wonderful!

IMG_4466.jpg

IMG_4463.jpg

While we were eating, there was a large dance party going on, on the stage. Alli had the urge to dance... I was laughing so hard - I even got some video - I was so HAPPY that she was feeling better!

IMG_4467.jpg

IMG_4473.jpg

IMG_4476.jpg

Once I talked Alli into leaving the dance party, we had a mission... CoP! This is a must do ride for us each trip - and since it was down the other day when we were at MK, we had to get it done tonight. As usual - there was no wait. The girls love this show as much as I do.

On the last scene, something happened with the ride, so we had to do a "do-over"... So, I snuck out my camera and snapped a pic:

IMG_4481.jpg

Then we had to sneak in a ride on TTA:

IMG_4482.jpg

IMG_4483.jpg

The Dance Party from TTA:

IMG_4484.jpg

IMG_4495.jpg

From there, we had to hit MI:Laugh Floor again... We always have so much fun in here!

IMG_4501.jpg

IMG_4502.jpg

Allison had a "Monster" behind her during the show!

On our way back to Fantasy Land... The girls saw this huge stone ball - I had never heard of it before, so they sat there, with all their might, trying to get this ball moving...

IMG_4509.jpg

And before they knew it - they had all these kids there helping them... I swear we were standing there for 10 minutes - LOL

IMG_4510.jpg

IMG_4511.jpg

And we had a mission... We were headed for Dumbo - I was super excited to see it at night!

I am sure you all will love this installment... None of D~ talking - only pictures.

There is nothing I can say about the refurbed Dumbo ride... Magestic and stunning don't even begin to describe it. I couldn't stop taking pictures, because every 30 seconds it looked more beautiful!

And of course, we had to ride it at night. There was only a 10 minute wait... If ever given the chance - don't ride Dumbo in the morning when the park opens. In our experience, the lines are longer then... Wait until after it's dark outside - it's so much more spectacular! And well worth it!

Anyways... Here ya go...

And then the girls had to go for a ride on the Tea Cups. I knew, at this point that Alli was feeling better, because there was no way that she would have been able to ride these earlier in the day.

I messed with my shutter speed a little bit, so I could catch to movement of the Tea Cups... They turned out pretty cool - if I do say to myself.

great photos of your day! love the one of V with Goofy :lovestruc
happy A got a nap in and was feeling better for the evening outing!
Dumbo looks so pretty at night and cool photos of the tea cups!

We walked into Frontier Land to have a very late dinner (9pm) at Pecos Bills. A had a pulled port sandwich & Choc cake, V and I had hamburgers and choc cake.

While we were eating, someone approached us - I thought she recognized my bag from The Dis, but actually, her son recognized V from math class last year & A was wearing her school sports tee. I have no idea who she was was, we didn't exchange names. I thought it was funny though.

We rode Splash for the very last time this trip. The standby line was still 70 minutes - so we were happy to have our FPs.

While we were on Splash - they had to shut the ride down just before we hit the lif hill... and the lights came on - so I whipped out my camera and snapped a couple of pics:

IMG_4583.jpg

IMG_4584.jpg

The lights were only on for just a minute - and the music was replaced with a voice telling everyone to stay in their seats.

IMG_4587.jpg

We walked through Adventureland, debating if we wanted to ride anything. We decided to have our last Dole Whip Floats. A and I had Vanilla with pineapple. V had pineapple and pineapple. We found a seat on our favorite bench, and caught the last few floats from the MSEP in the distance. We love to eat our DW here - it's the best.

While we were sitting there, I was being a dork... I decided to introduce my DW to each castle...

The girls were laughing at me the entire time. :confused3

We made our way out of the park via Main Street, trying to find a snow globe for V. No luck. We closed the park at Midnight.

One the way back to the resort, I snapped a picture of this poster in the bus, I had thought it was so cute every time I saw it... So, I wanted a picture.

Tomorrow, we pack up and fly home.

the perfect way to end your day :goodvibes
cool SM broke down and you got some photos!

 Love you newest update....

All the rides look so cool at night. We hardly ever make it after dark but I really want to ride Dumbo with all those cool lights. I heard too that both Dumbos might be open when we go :cool1:

And my daughter has said she will go on Splash Mtn this year.

I love the new Dumbo ride! I think from now on it will remind me of your Dumbo purse :goodvibes Looks like a fun last night!

I can't believe we missed Dumbo by just a few days, it looks spectacular. Can't wait to get back and ride it!!!

Awesome tea cup photos!!!

Love all the photos -- really like that tea cup one! I quite like the new Dumbo too! That was one of my dd's favorite rides -- we rode it over and over (quite possibly just as much as we rode Nemo!).

Glad A started feeling better in the evening as well :)

Eeks, your tr is almost over -- what are you going to do? Are you going to start another ptr?

Yah - I was so glad we went back that night, it was probably one of the best nights of our trip! And I just love the parks at night! I never understood how people could *gasp* leave the parks during the middle of the day - I always thought it was a waste of time. But it was one of the best things we did on the days we could make it work. Once you go back in the evening, the crowds are nearly gone and the weather is so much nicer. The girls and I have decided that this is what we'd like to do every time. :wizard:

ACK!!! Michelle!!! Your trip is like in a few days!!!!! OMG!!!!

YOu know, I was never one for riding the old Dumbo - I could honestly take it or leave it. And the only reason I wanted to ride it this time was to take a few pics - but now that they've redone it - I honestly think it's now on my must do list! I hope the 2nd Dumbo is open when you get there - that would be way awesome!

I love the new Dumbo ride! I think from now on it will remind me of your Dumbo purse :goodvibes Looks like a fun last night!

LOL Stephanie! Yes, it was a super fun night!

What a great last night! I can't wait to see Dumbo at night!

It is just beautiful - it's really sad that you can stand in line forever and watch it, and enjoy it, and not care that you are standing in line forever. LOL :wizard:

What a fun night!! Glad that A seemed to be feeling better!!!

I know, me too - it was such a relief!

I can't believe we missed Dumbo by just a few days, it looks spectacular. Can't wait to get back and ride it!!!

Awesome tea cup photos!!!

I just knew we HAD to ride it if it opened that Monday. I was more concerned to get my #1 Now n' Then photo of V. I even told her that morning - I was hoping they had one of the ride vehicles outside the ride liket hey used to - because I could care less if we didn't ride it. LOL And once we rode it - it was a blast!

I enjoyed reading your TR. Glad you and your daughters had a great time.

Thank you! :)

Eeks, your tr is almost over -- what are you going to do? Are you going to start another ptr?

Thanks Andrea! Well, theoretically, I could drag this TR out for several more months... I still have one more day to write about... And not to mention 2000+ Photopass pictures to post (ahem, glad I went Pro on Photobucket)... This TR could still last quite a while. But yes, at some point - I do plan to start another PTR - if I could just decide on dates. Sigh. By the time I pay for my trip to Charlotte, that will take a HUGE chunk out of the Disney fund... Maybe Marianne will build me a mini-WDW in her back yard? Anyways, by the time I return from CLT, it will be about the same time last year as I booked our trip - and I am just not sure I want to scramble that hard again? I dunno - we'll have to see...

Well - I was a total sloth yesterday. I didn't make it into my sewing room once. :rolleyes1 So, I have nothing interesting to report... popcorn:: Which means that I will have to work double hard this week to stay on top of my schedule.

Have a great day everyone! :)

think we are going to try and do that a few days next trip too, especially since it will be all decorated for the holidays, don't want to miss the beautiful lights :goodvibes

good for you taking a day off yesterday, needs to be done once in awhile :thumbsup2

Okay, now I have to add "Dumbo at Night" to my must do list  Glad Alli felt better for the last night...she would've missed out on lots of good memories. Of course Pirate Goofy loved V's outfit. Did you get any love for your awesome pirate clothes??
