Should be available now, if staying onsite.

If there is no fastpass+ does it not show up. I scheduled mine right at midnight 60 days out and did not see anything.

Yes, try the website but also try later in your stay as the earlier dates may be filled by other people. The same thing worked with the A&E FPs.
