Seven Dwarfs Mine Train FP+ Opening

I was lucky for get on the computer around 8 am and I booked 4 passes for June 2 in the morning. My friend is traveling with us and I do not have access to her son's fastpasses. I am hoping that she copied him already...if she didn't, do you think they will block her from doing so?

Not sure till she tries, but there seems to be more success just copying one person at a time. You just have to be careful- sometimes it will change the time of the FP for that one person. I would have her call a CM if she is not having luck.

I tried last night and nothing was available for my dates (28-2) and this morning I checked on my phone and again nothing, but using my computer I was able to get 2 fast passes for it (on different days). I was able to switch out one of my rides for all four of us at the same time, no copying needed. Pretty excited!

Anyone know how an AP preview works? Is there any notification to AP holders?

We live out of state so I never really check the passholders site or email, but I believe they do send an offer

Did you try to copy the Enchanted Tales back to the little girl? I've had to do this several times when my FPs have gotten jumbled. I have also called and spoken to a CM that helped me copy FPs when I accidentally cancelled some and couldn't add them back.

ETA: Also, the website is still glitching and I don't think it's showing everything accurately.

I found plenty of SDMT FP+ availability this morning for May 29. Glad I checked here today, wasn't around yesterday due to a family funeral.

Although it wasn't showing ANY availability yesterday, I checked online this morning and was able to score a SDMT fast pass for 12:20 for June 1!!! There were also plenty of other times available, leading me to believe it was all a part of the system glitch.

Check again if you didn't see any yesterday!

We were in MK yesterday. No soft openings, although it was pouring down raining. The whole FastPass system (for making or changing FP+) was down for most of the morning. Guest Services and FP+ CMs said the addition to the system of the Mine Train FP+ (beginning on the 28th) that day totally overloaded the system. So they were handing out paper FP for people. Since system was down for so long, you still might be able to get your FP+ reservations today for your future trips on or after the 28th. So keep trying. I was bummed not to be able to ride it during my trip, but hopefully next time. We did see Anna & Elsa though - yeah!!!!

That was us yesterday. It was pouring and I kept trying to change my fast passes. I finally got on here and found out why the system wasn't working. It was very annoying. On the plus side, the mine train looks great!

I had some crazy-good luck yesterday night, right about midnight PST; I managed to not only reunite our split FP+'s for SDMT for 5/29 (Thu), but then to also book for opening day, May 28!

Does anyone know if there's a "lucky" time to check MDE? Last year, in August, I was able to score reservations for BoG the night before -- but only because I happened to be on MDE around the same time -- midnight-ish to 1:30 a.m. EST. Interested in hearing about others' experiences.

No science here but if you scan the UK page you will see the pattern that most of us were disappointed the day these came out (MDE was chaos) but many of us got them early morning yesterday with no problems at all. This would be when US citizens are in bed. So it does seem to suggest numbers of users on the system is a contributory factor.

Mine wasn't for the SDMT FPs, but for A&E meet and greet. I live in the Central Time Zone so when my 60 Day mark to preselect FP+ came around, I decided to log onto MDE at 11pm my time which was midnight Eastern Time Zone (the night before). Sure enough all of my dates were showing and when I went into FP+, I was able to start preselecting them. The first one I did was for the A&E meet and greet (for later on into our trip) which I was able to secure 4 FP+ for the same time .
