I never got very far on my scrapbook things...but I hope to get back to it this winter....it is fun.

Betty, you take a link off to add the charm...so eventually you would have another bracelet.
I have 3 spare links now (you can also buy links...not very ex*****ive).
the bracelets come with 14 links....so you need charms to start. I'm big, so I needed to add 4 for 18 links (not too tight).

Betty, Yep... right again. I believe a starter bracelet is something like 14 links. Generally, when people start out they buy 1-3 charms and get the starter free... I have fairly small wrists and keep mine at 16 links, so now whenever I buy a new charm, I have them remove a plain link and put the new charm in it's place. I always have them give me my old (plain) link, and you're right... eventually you have enough plain to begin another bracelet. I have two bracelets that I wear all the time, as well as 11 plain links in my jewely chest, so I'm nearly on my third. Also... since I just ordered three last night from italiancharms.com, I'm getting another 14 links free... sooo... once I replace 5 more links on my existing bracelet, I'll have a 4th. Is this making sense? LOL... I'm rambling.

Nancy, your wrist and my wrist must be the same size. I don't like anything tight and I measured my bracelet watch and figured that I would also need around 18 links. Saw on the sight if you order $60 of charms then you get 14 link bracelet for free. Very interesting..........Oh, my little mind is developing many creative ideas. Do I order one or do I wait? I really want a Ya Ya Sister charm...............

Well, I need to get off for a few hours. I promised DD that I would watch a movie with her. Steve called and the flight is delayed. He suppose to call when he gets to Atlanta for the lay over. He hasn't called yet and he was suppose to get to Cincinnat around 10. Guess this will be a late one.

Roadkill Lady! I miss you. Wow, so cool that DS built all those benches. Very nice. I have Black Hills gold earrings too! Mine are in the shape of a small leaf. Spent a lot of time in the Black Hills camping when I was a kid. All of our trips were camping trips....Black Hills, Smokey Mountains and a few other places. Didn't know what it was like to stay in a motel when I was a kid. Pitched the ol' tent, cooked on the Coleman stove and used the Coleman lantern for light. Ahhh, peeing in the bushes. Yea, that's what I miss.

Hey Betty, I'll let you use the walker with the wheels first.... Marilyn gets out a can of 3 in 1 oil nd oils the heck out of the wheels. Whee, can't wait to see Sketti take off)

Funny you should mention medic alert bracelet. I actually have on my virtual bracelet a diabetic charm. Just thought that if it was a bracelet that I would wear often that it would be useful. So Marilyn you know me too well. Once you hit Elder Ya Ya status you must be prepared for all medical emergencies. Of course 2 or the 3 Elder Ya Ya's are nurses and they take quite good care of me.

Jennifer I am so tempted. Let's see if I can make it through the weekend without taking the bracelet plunge.

It's not my fault, honest! I made the mistake of buying three charms at once a few weeks ago, so I ended up with a second free bracelet... then again last night when I ordered the YaYa charm, the Yin Yang and the Toyota thingy... that's three freebie bracelets, plus the 10+ links still sitting in my jewelry chest. Ack! It's a never ending cycle.

Of course you are no Elder Ya Ya. You are definitely a spring chicken compared to me.

THis reminds me of that side byside comparison with Linda Blair...or was it Tony Blair...or Blair Underwood...well you remember...we could do a side by side of Kim and APolo...but actually no...I daresay there is very little resemblance other than you both love to speed, both love rainy dates and both are partial to spandex.
