SEPTEMBER Exercise Challenge

As of this morning I'm up to 450/1500.
 
I had crunches & pushups every day through yesterday, walking 10 minutes at each of the two football games I went to this weekend and a 70 minute walk Sunday, bringing my total to 270/1000.
 

delilah-Sorry I missed you! But everyone is updated now. I try to do the updates only once a day and just as a friendly reminder, I will be away from Weds night until Sun night. I will update Weds morning and once I get home from WDW.

I did a 3 mile run today for 55 mins and did 30 mins of legs/abs at the gym yesterday. Great to see everyone working hard!! Keep up the good work!

Thank you. I hope you have a nice trip. I have a question to ask if you are flying. I will probably still report my minutes on Saturday, because my elliptical machine keeps track of the time for a week from Sunday to Saturday if I program it correctly. So, it keeps a running total since I first starting using it in June (which is a prodigious amount of time and miles), but it erases the time for the most preceeding week. I am so air-headed at times that I can't even remember from the start of my workout to the end how many minutes I programmed that day.

I did this while watching the BL reunion show from last week (I rarely have time to watch TV)-I hope I got everyone right!!!

delilah-Yes I am flying to WDW. I am actually flying BY MYSELF. Here is the saga that is the my trip to the World (thus far)

This is our 10th anniversary trip, but we are taking DD due to lack of babysitting. DH decided to work a comp day to take off Weds so he could button up the house and get stuff done. Then he came up with the brilliant idea that he and DD would fly down early in the day, get the car, go to SuperTarget for necessities etc and get settled in at CSR. Then I could fly down on our original flight (7pm) and take ME to get to CSR. This way, DD would be "rested up" for our whirlwind 4 days of fun in the hot Orlando sun. At first, I thought this was me takin one for the team, as it were, but really I get the better deal. Did I mention we have to medicate DD with Benadyl because of potential air sickness? Did I mention that DH is taking all the luggage? Did I mention that I have SWA drink coupons, 2.5 hours of "me time" and an ipod for the ride? So I guess this works in my favor. Hopefully everything goes smoothly. I will try to write a trippie, we shall see how life is once I am back.

Back to the business at hand.....I did 40 mins today on the treadmill. I won't be counting all the walking while in WDW, but I'm sure there will be plenty!!! Keep up the good work everyone!!!
