Yesterday I did a 40 min firm workout & 20 min walking and today I did 35 min walking and a 10 min arm workout. My new monthly total is 250/1100 - wahoo!
Updated!!! It is great to see so many at at least 10% and many are close to the 25% mark!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!
I only did 30 minutes of weight training today (the Y was deserted, so I was able to get my workout done in a timely manner ) but I ran 40 minutes this morning. Tomorrow is my "off day" for running, but I will do lower body and abs at the gym (today I only did upper body). I am getting back in the groove, just in time for my trip!!! But I am confident that I will get plenty of exercise while at WDW and I will not over eat while there on the free DDP.
good morning everybody! well it is time for another day! get up and exercise! hopefully it will keep away those weekend demons that seem to haunt us! you all know what i am talking about! stay healthy and make good choices!! will post time later.
I am at 60/1000. I know that I am slow this month but school just started and with all the rearranging the classroom and moving heavy calculus books and being on my feet all day I couldn't think about exercising this week. I am starting on Sunday morning so I should be able to finish this challenge.
