Just completed 55 minutes. 45 minutes on the bike and 10 on the ab machine.( OK Tommy) :thumbsup2

As of Sept 06 I have completed 110 of the 800 minutes I pledged.

Awww....Tom (My DH and Clark's BIL) is very proud of you...so am I!!! We just couldn't understand how you could do 10 minutes of the 6 minute abs...

Yesterday I did a 40 min firm workout & 20 min walking and today I did 35 min walking and a 10 min arm workout. My new monthly total is 250/1100 - wahoo!
 
Nothing today but I didn't record yesterday's bike so I'll do that today.

TOTAL: 270/1400
 
Updated!!! It is great to see so many at at least 10% and many are close to the 25% mark!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!

I only did 30 minutes of weight training today (the Y was deserted, so I was able to get my workout done in a timely manner:hourglass ) but I ran 40 minutes this morning. Tomorrow is my "off day" for running, but I will do lower body and abs at the gym (today I only did upper body). I am getting back in the groove, just in time for my trip!!! But I am confident that I will get plenty of exercise while at WDW and I will not over eat while there on the free DDP.

I am at 60/1000. I know that I am slow this month but school just started and with all the rearranging the classroom and moving heavy calculus books and being on my feet all day I couldn't think about exercising this week. I am starting on Sunday morning so I should be able to finish this challenge.
