Just completed 55 minutes. 45 minutes on the bike and 10 on the ab machine.( OK Tommy)![]()
As of Sept 06 I have completed 110 of the 800 minutes I pledged.

) but I ran 40 minutes this morning. Tomorrow is my "off day" for running, but I will do lower body and abs at the gym (today I only did upper body). I am getting back in the groove, just in time for my trip!!! But I am confident that I will get plenty of exercise while at WDW and I will not over eat while there on the free DDP.
hopefully it will keep away those weekend demons that seem to haunt us!
