delilah-Sorry I missed you! But everyone is updated now. I try to do the updates only once a day and just as a friendly reminder, I will be away from Weds night until Sun night. I will update Weds morning and once I get home from WDW.

I did a 3 mile run today for 55 mins and did 30 mins of legs/abs at the gym yesterday. Great to see everyone working hard!! Keep up the good work!
 
Didn't get in as much exercise as I wanted to this weekend, but at least I found a little time. My new total for September is 295/1200
