Alright! I had an awesome w/o day. 75 min on TM then another 15 on abs and arm weights! for 90 more min, For a brand new grand total.... (drum roll please.....) 350/1200!




PS Lori- I absolutely LOVE your tag. When I was young (and dumb?) I watched that movie about 60 times! no one else could see why? Maybe the dandruff "snow" or the toilet paper "tail" ???

Add 40 for me! Up to 210 minutes...I ran with the resistance cords this afternoon with my sister for 20 minutes (anyone else done this? I saw it on workout and it's REALLY fun---one person has the cord at their waist and the other pulls back and you really have to work to go forward)...anyway, then I did the strength routine from the September issue of Fitness (which I'm having a major love/hate relationship with).
