September Exercise Challenge

80 minutes for today (60 running, then 20 minute walk before DD's soccer game)
New total 480/1400 :sunny:
 
Had a couple of down days where I didn't exercise other than "normal" life (cleaning, laundry, etc)

But today I got in 30 minutes of interval training.

So I'm at 305/900! 1/3 of the way there!!!! :)
 

I added mine up for the week and I am at 190/900... I got a little work to do- the 3 day weekend I was a little lazy :rolleyes:
 
Another 60 on the TM (how did I do it with out one for so long??? I love this thing!!!!)

I am half way there with 502/1000

60 minute hockey practice tonight

I am at 680/1500. We leave on our trip in the AM so I will not be checking in until we get back. I will be getting a pretty good amount of exercise with the activities we have planned - now all I have to do is remember to keep track of my minutes! :earseek:

33 minutes on the Gazelle. Not bad considering I'm not feeling 100%.

Takes me up to 338/900. :)
 
Got my 5 miler in on Saturday. With warm up/cool down and stretches it gives me 82 minutes. Siiggghhhh... Just when I got it to a nice round number!! My new total is 442/1000.
 
Hubby and I went on a quick 20min. walk last night. Total is 765/1400.
 
I had an hour of walking at son's cross country meet Saturday morning and at a university football game saturday night (including steps to the nosebleed section), so I am at 380/1200.
 
Just updating my total, I am at 245/800.
