September Exercise Challenge

After taking my day off yesterday I made sure to get my minutes in. 50 min FIRM tape and 20 min on TM for a new total of 260/1200!

I walked 64 min tonight. That puts me at 343/1200.
 
Add on 40 minutes, and I still have a walk planned for tonight!

Instead of sitting on my butt by the computer, I got up and walked on the treadmill. Nothing fast or crazy b/c I've already done interval training today, just a slower walk. For 30 more minutes.

That ups me to 275/900 :)
 
About time I checked in. I am actually on target so far this month. Actually I am ahead since I reduced my goal because we will be travelling for 12 days this month. I guess I really want to get back on track and get over 2000 min like I was doing for so long. We'll see how it goes on our trip. I do expect to be pertty active while we are away.

I am at 520/1500 as of today.
 
I got sort of a slow start this month, so I have some catching up to do ... 60 minutes on Monday and another 20 today - 80/1200
 
45 minutes of cardio and weights yesterday and 60 minutes of walking, carrying, and extra lifting at work. I added the work minutes because it was very physical work and because it's not normally something I do at work.Made time go by fast though! ;) ..... 320/1200
 
60min. of interval training on the treadmill. Total is 565/1400.
 
20 minutes walking at lunch. Also, another 20 min. walk with DH tonight total 340/1400 :sunny:
