If it's not too late for me to join, I'd like to sign up for 500 for the challenge? I did about 45 minutes in the pool yesterday. I just quit smoking, now gotta get the weight back under control!!!!
Didn't do anything that would count as exercise after Saturday, so I had some make up to do today! 50 minutes on the TM and 30 min strength training. Brings my total to 248/1000.
20 minute walk down the street.
30 minutes of interval training on the treadmill.
that puts me at 245/900.
found out the walking fast down the street is what's getting my shin splints to flare up. it must be the hard surface. My legs hurt on the 20 minute walk down the street (on asphalt) but I came in and did 30 on the treadmill without ANY pain. As beautiful as it's getting, I think I need to save my brisk walking for the treadmill and just do leisurely walks outside.
