September Exercise Challenge - Submit a Name! (Everybody welcome!!)

100 minutes on the treadmill today. That time includes warmup and cool down, plus a 35 minute straight through run and working on my speed with C25K. I had a personal best 5k time at 31:39!!!!

I also hit my goal of time for the month....I'm going to keep going though. :)

Oh, cool. Glad you like it. I used to have a sportband (from 2007 or 2008!) when I first started to get into running, and I loved it until it stopped working. Apparently they weren't sweat proof. Weird for a fitness device but whatever :) I think the GPS watches are definitely more accurate though.

Good workout yesterday. 2 mile walk with the dog, followed by 3 mile run/walk intervals and some stretching. Short walks with the pooch in the evening and this morning put me at....
