105 days until my FIRST half marathon!!! I'm excited and anxious at the same time.

Adding 70 minutes walking and arm and leg exercises since last posting. WDW in 6 days!!!!!!!

100 minutes on the treadmill today. That time includes warmup and cool down, plus a 35 minute straight through run and working on my speed with C25K. I had a personal best 5k time at 31:39!!!!
I also hit my goal of time for the month....I'm going to keep going though.
