I've stayed at Hojo before and know the walk isn't the worst, but at night I like to avoid Harbor (I've stayed on Harbor a number of times so I know what to expect.) Also, my feet like to avoid more walking by the end of a long park day lol.

I've never used ride share before and I'm wondering if a driver would even drive you such a short distance.

Afaik, there's a minimum charge for the ride. If that's accurate, they should be able to drive you anywhere, even just across the street. Depending on what time you are leaving the park, it might take a lot longer to use a ride share. I've seen the pick-up area severely backed up several times.

I am sure you could use Uber but it is likely to take longer than just walking.

I just put the two addresses in on the Uber app and it gave me a rate of $7-$9.

Ha ha ha. This is true. The only time we used Lyft from Hojo was to the Grand Californian for our Thanksgiving meal reservation at Storytellers in 2019 when it was pretty much a downpour all day until around 7PM.

While I agree that will save probably zero time if I were to do that depending on time of day I would at least then Uber over to the DTD side where security security lines are typically shorter,

I have had no issues getting ride share between GCH and Convention Center for example and I just tip a tad more for the shorter trips.

Thanks! Where would you be asked to be dropped off at the DTD end?

Good to know. I suppose it depends on the time of day, too.
