Looks like my goal for the month is in jeopardy. I've torn the meniscus in my knee. :headache: The doc said I could resume training after a few days of rest... but that puts me way behind since this weekend was my long walks. Oh well the joys of getting old. :lmao:

100 mins hiking up and back down Tumamoc Hill and then 50 mins swimming with the kids :)

60 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 5.25 miles. I was working on my speed again today and managed to do my 5k in 30:50.....a new personal best!
