I hope everyone who was sick is feeling better. My leg is still killing me. I'm figuring that since I can put weight on and and walk around it is just a bad bruise. I have not been able to slow down and just rest . I thought i was but tracking my activity minutes on my watch tells another story.
Just did my half hour... Feeling great, because it was my mom’s birthday today and we all went out to dinner. After overeating, the LAST thing I wanted to do was go jogging! But I gave myself time to digest and started slowly, and by the end of the half an hour I felt pretty accomplished. I’m so glad I didn’t skip tonight!
