Actually, it was RatherBeWithMickey's idea to start an adults only FE group so in consideration of that I will post her as the contact on the front page. If anyone wishes to join they can pm her.

Sigris, there is no need for a second adult FE. Could you please make RatherBeWithMickey the direct contact for our adult FE on facebook and delete the reference to a small third group.

Actually we already have a few signed up for the adult only FE. If you don't want to post the information I sent you it's fine. It's already posted on the board and on the FE page.

I have no issue with Mindy running a group also. If fact I encourage her too. It's a great idea and really gives everyone options.

Who is signed up for the adult FE? My feeling is they should be directed to contact Mindy on this.

If you don't have an issue with Mindy running a group then place her as the contact on the adult FE on our FB page - rather than yourself.

I feel you should have done this from the beginning.

After giving it some thought, IMHO I agree that at this time there should only be one "Adult FE" group. If that group of 10 staterooms fills up, then another group could be opened up. I think it will be to confusing if we have 2 concurrent Adult FE groups. Let Mindy run the initial group of 10 Adult staterooms, then if there are more interested in adult only group, a 2nd group could be opened up. This way if some want to participate in smaller groups that option is available. For those who want to participate "BIG" they can join multiple groups.

Also, with Mindy taking the first group of 10 Adult staterooms, that will take a bit of the load off of Sigris (HollywoodGlitter) in maintaining multiple listings/groups.

I will stick with the Family FE or whatever it will be called eventually, even though we are "empty nesters". I have already bought kid stuff, and parts of the crafty things I will be making based on the FE list as it has been progressing. It is our first Disney Cruise, and our first DVC cruise, so I was not prepared that there might be other options for FE exchanges. Besides, I am looking forward to spreading some Disney magic to the kids on board.

There's no need to be crafty to be in an FE group. Some things I give are handcrafted, some not. A few have been purchased items that I "Mickey-fied", lol. Whatever you feel comfortable with. I like a small group because I can do a little bit more than with a large group. I think an FE group should be fun, not laden with rules and expectations. The choice is obviously yours to make, but you are very welcome to be part of the group.

I think your confused as everyone's post should still be available. The only time a post is removed is when the poster takes it down or when it's not appropriate (for example: using foul language). I have not removed any of your post regarding this topic

Nope, not confused at all. I take screen shots of things I post on FB for my own protection. They are definitely gone, and I did not remove them, nor did they contain any foul language.

I would never think a gift was "cheap". A gift is given from the heart and cost is irrelavent. I am not a crafty person either. Do whatever you feel comfortable with. The FE is ment to be fun, not costly or overly time consuming and should be something you can easily transport. Doing an FE should not be a major part of your budget. It's supposed to be a fun exchange of mementos.

I agree completely.
Just my opinion, but it seems kind of silly and redundant to have 2 adult groups if the first one isn't even full yet.

DisneyBelle99 this is a new concept to us as well but either group will be fun. We love the FE. And you can easily join both groups since most of us were already in the FE to begin with. You might only be adding a couple newcomers to the adult group.

btw. What did you decide for transportation? You can hop on the bus with us since we've had a stop open up. I think you're at BLT. That's right next to the Poly where Dreamer7787 is getting on.

Did you see Southwest has a fare sale going on right now? Looked like some good deals depending on dates.

Yes!! I was able to book our round trips from ALB for just under $400 total. I'm pretty happy with that
