JD, hope your dh is feeling better. Wasn't POC3 awesome ?!! Now guess what....just found out something. After the credits, there is a tiny bit more of the movie. We missed it but I know what it shows from someone who saw it. Did u stay until after the credits JD ?

Mia - No, we didn't stay through the credits. DH was ready to go as it was his first outing since his surgery. What happened??? Tell me! My cousin and I have been texting back and forth about how hot William Turner is in the end. I think the Pirate look suits him just fine!!

So, for the past couple months, DH has been telling me we're not rebooking onboard and to not even think about it. At lunch, he's telling me about his pain meds and how they have been giving him bad dreams. He says he has this "reocurring nightmare" about me making him wait in line on the ship to rebook a cruise. He says in his dream he waited 10 hours or something and then got to the computer monitor only for it to take forever. I tell him you speak to an actual person, not use a computer. He says to me, "I'm not waiting in any lines, just so you know." I say, "Oh! So there is actually hope you'll rebook while we're on the cruise. I'm thinking a Christmas cruise in a couple of years will be great!" This is what he does -> But this is what I'm doing ->

At the end, after the credits, this is what someone told me.

You see Keira Knightly's character return to the beach (10 years have passed)....with a little boy. He is 10 years old. Remember, Will Turner can only return to the living every ten years. So, it appears that he and Knightly, had conceived a son in that last scene they had. She returns to the beach in 10 years with his son in tow. I'm so bummed I missed it !

And JD...I really hope u get to rebook. Does anyone know how much of a discount/incentive they give u to rebook while you're still on the ship ?

JD, hope your DH is feeling better. Same thing happened to my DH two months before we cruised last Sept. Seems that gallbladder problems are quite common. Makes me nervous when think about what can happen while onboard. So I try not to think about it!

One more thing...GO CAVS!!! LeBron is on fire! Cleveland needs a win. This city really needs a shot in the arm. Something good has to happen here.

I never thought about that... we were at the Drive-In and it was the first movie so we seen that extra clip it never dawned on me..i told my boss that's how the movie ended(she asked)...She'll go this weekend and think i was lying...she's not the type to wait around ....lol

And the whole excursion thing is to much pressure...I wish some one would just tell me this is what your doing and thats that!!!! The only thing i know for sure is at CC we are doing the ECO tour..the boys want to do it and they even know they can't drive..I would like to parasail...but DH is a big baby!!!

Also, DH has been complaining that the preview trailers have a boy singing "Yo Ho A Pirates Life for Me" but it doesn't happen in the movie. In this clip, the boy is singing it. Ah ha! Yo Ho!

You're welcome. There are more clips than that one. Just search "Pirates 3 after credits". But now I'm very curious about that little boy because it has to be the same boy that was in the movie. Why would they use the same boy in the movie to be Will & Elizabeth's son? Maybe they thought we weren't paying attention?? Good little singer. When he started singing before the hanging, DH said it made the hairs on the back of his neck stand up!

Been doing my research - not the same boy but very similar looking. But apparently, the boy singing before he was hung was wearing braces. I didn't notice!!

I totally agree JD about the scene where the little boy is singing before he is hanged. I guess disney didn't think we'd notice it's the same boy ? It's a little hard to tell because the little boy who was hanged was so dirty.

You guys are too funny, although you did give a lot away about the movie . . . CONFESSION: I haven't seen ANY POTC movies yet! I'll make sure I watch them before the cruise!

Also, not sure if anyone caught the DCL special over the weekend, it's been on before but I've never been able to catch it, this time I finally remembered to record it! I haven't seen it yet but dh watched it, he's feigned interest in all my planning up until now and then while he was watching he kept calling to me, "how come you never told me about xyz??" so at least he's more interested now.

We didn't really give that much away, really. It is a 3 hour movie and I think we covered 1 minute of it! But this is what I did when I read you haven't seen any of the movies! How can that be? I think TBS ran the 2 movies on loop all weekend.

I did catch the Travel Channel updated DCL show! I even recorded it and watched it with a huge grin on my face! In the mail today, I got the 2007 DCL vacation planning DVD because I have the 2005 one but not 2007 and I am consumed with this cruise!
