September 2014 trying new things

Looks great to me!

I get to do my ADRs on 3/10 also. I am in Texas so I can start at 5:00 am. (Yikes!) and with the time change this weekend it will be hard. But I love this stuff so I'm looking forward to it. We are wanting Raglan Road, CRT, BOG, SciFi Drive In, and Garden Grill. We are wanting to do these tours, Key to the Kingdom, Wild Africa Trek, and Behind the Seeds. Hopefully I can work all of our dining around the tours.

I would love to do some of the tours. I think my girls would be bored.

My Husband was less then enthusiastic about my grand plan when I showed him it last night. He is not on board for MNSSHP. He thinks its a waste of time. I had to tell him that if we want to end our trip with fireworks at MK then we have to go to the party. His argument "We have 7 days!! we should have enough time for everything" Uh no sir sorry. There isn't enough time in a day. I gently reminded him that our commando approach last time ended in disaster.

My Epcot days are Wed 9-10 and Fri 9-12 (morning only)

My plan will be a sleepy head start on 9-10 (meaning arrive at the park at 10am) with a first available lunch at Biergarten. Followed by a relaxing tour of the WS, focusing on characters and shows. Im not ruling out FW rides but we will get to them if we have time after WS. I will schedule FP for what I can for later afternoon. This day we will try for Illuminations.

Then 9-12, we will RD FW rides till lunch. After lunch we will head back to the hotel to rest before MNSSHP.

Our second MK day is Tuesday 9-9. I will be trying to get 2 8:00 am - ish appointments at BBB. Followed by a CRT breakfast for 10:30 am-ish.

While it is not exactly the most coveted ADR, I got on the computer this morning at 7am and got our Plaza ADR for 11:20 on 9-6. Tomorrow I will be scheduling our HBD lunch for 9-7. I hoping when the dates open up I can add Fantasmic.

ADRs are going great

9-6 Plaza at 11:20
9-7 HBD at noon
9-8 1900PF at 6:25pm

Tomorrow is the most coveted of our plans. I need 2 appointments at BBB in MK for no later then 8:30am. Following that up with a CRT for 10 am. Will be on the phone at 6 am for this one. Wish me luck :)

Yay for everything looking great!

I looked up BBB for you for a table for 4 on 9/9...there are still tables at 10, 1015, 1020, and then not again until 1145. Hopefully those choices still exist in the morning! Good luck! princess:

Thank you the positive vibes must have worked I got 2 BBB for 8:50 am. That allows us to get into the park at 8:30am. Early enough to get to our res. and stop for pictures. Then I was able to get CRT for 9:55 am.

Mr Miller and I had another conversation last night. Oh we are so terrible about making up our minds. :rotfl:

My 6 yr old is a little squeamish about Halloween so we have decided to skip MNSSHP. Im sure it would be all right but when you look at the cost of the party vs. the cost of adding another day to our tickets its kind of hard to take especially when they aren't really excited.

So we are going to do 7 day park tickets no hopper. If you are not familiar with Disney Youth Education program you should be. We will be saving more then $200 on our park tickets buy doing this program. The girls will be spending a couple hours at MK learning how science relates to ride technology. They are going to learn how science makes the Barnstormer work!! That is one of their favorite rides. One parent has to go with them. I suppose I will do the noble thing and let Mr Miller have some along time. He gets as crabby as the kids do when things don't go well. :rolleyes1

One other thing I wanted to throw out there . . . . I saw some threads about Anna and Elsa meeting at MK with an option to FP. I squealed out loud.

Random - how awesome would it be if Anna and Elsa became the greeting princesses at Askerhus instead of Belle. There are so many other options for Belle, she could MG in France with the Beast, make an appearance at BOG and she has her own experience Enchanted Tales with Belle.

Looks like Thursday 9 - 11 the kids will be spending the day at MK with my parents. And Mr Miller and I will be able to do what ever we want

Got my ADRs made. For the most part I don't believe I will be changing those. So Ive been taking a little planning break. Three weeks ago we got a new baby.

This is Pepper. She is a 3 month old Chihuahua. She is about 2lb and the size if a can of coke lol. She has been keeping me very busy.

I guess I am just to busy for pre trip reports. I don't think Im even going to attempt a trip report. Too much work. But we are now down to days away. And I have some time to update our itinerary.

9-6 MK day Plaza lunch at 11:20
9-7 HS day HBD lunch 12:00 F! package
9-8 AK day counter service
9-9 MK day BBB at 8:50 followed by CRT at 9:55
9-10 EP day CM breakfast 7:45
9-11 MK day my parents will be with the kids, DH and I only Kona 12:30 lunch and WCC for everybody at 5:00
9-12 MK day last day kids are doing YES class at 8:15 we have LTT lunch for everybody at 1:05
9-13 departure day

Joining in! Your plans sounds great. We will be in MK on Tuesday and Friday too. You never said where you will end up staying?!? Hope you have a great trip. :goodvibes
