I made my ADR's this morning :cool1:

DH called me and woke me up at 4:45 CST :surfweb: so I could get online this morning at 5:00 AM CST. No problems at all, it went very smoothly!

Tentatively:

9/13- Arrival day, Ohana dinner at 6:25 pm
9/14- early 8:00 am H and V breakfast before park opening
9/15-(need to call T-Rex) for dinner ressie
9/16-Plaza 4:20pm before MNSSHP (love the Plaza!)
9/17- Le Cellier lunch at 12:45
9/18-Akershush princess breakfast 10:45 AM
9/19- Cape May 10 AM
9/20- Captain's Grille 8:05 AM

We'll probably then add the regular dining plan onto the first part of our stay and use gift card for the rest! New ones for us this time will be : T-Rex, Cape May, and Captain's Grille.

Later today I will call and make my reservations for the kids Pirate cruise from YC, and possibly Pirate's League/and or Harmony Barbershop :yay: So excited!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

YAY for ADR's! :dance3:

If you don't want to join the Safari club you can still use the 99 cent kids meals calendars :thumbsup2
I didn't know you could use those there. I know I could use my safari card there, but this is good to know.

This post is where I got the info I needed about it.

Thank you!

Hi all!! Hope everyone is having a Magical day! Last night I stayed up till 1am making autograph and passport books for the 5 little girls I am traveling with. Used our talented DISigners , placed my order thru artscow and paid. Only to wake this morning to an email refunding my money and saying I used copyright things. OMG I hear everyone on here talk about ordering from them. I am crushed. I ordered 10 books. I might just have to print them myself. So that was my less then magical start to my day! But on a positive note....I get to make our ADR's in 11 days!! Can I get a whoot whoot.....LOL Well I am off to walk with my friend and releave my stress.
oh that stinks!!

ok so just a little FYI, if you are planning on meeting Rapunzel and Flynn, get in the line ASAP, like AT rope drop, do not pass go, do not collect $200, (or a fast pass) go to the line!!! however one person in the group can stand in line while the others go do stuff......

Actually, it would be best if you had an breakfast ADR in MK and then made sure you got in line BEFORE rope drop. It what we did, and we were 3rd in line. By rope drop the line was all ready long. If you want your kids to partake in the "show" ( check my TR, I'll have details soon);) you must be in the first 20 kids so. All others in line only get pics until next show. The line Never dies down either. We walked past later in the day and the line for the next show ( 2 1/2 hours later) was up to the castle!

I wouldn't suggest having one person stand while the rest go off. The CM's count with a clicker, and I've seen others get mad when addtional people pop into the cue. A whole family popped in behind us, with the fam behind us, and we heard complaints.

Thanks for the FYI! Definitely two characters that my DD wants to meet! Do you know where they are located inside MK?
Go towards the castle, and veer right at the path just before the castle. It's right at the end of the path. It's taken the place of Belle's story time.

Okay, countdown is fixed on the Disney site. Yay! I logged in and it said I didn't have any reservations (:scared1:) so I logged out, closed the window, and started over. I had to re-add my reservation and everything is fine now.

Sunday morning, it is! I'm seriously thinking of taking the laptop into the bedroom with me so I can just roll over, log in, and book my ADRs without actually having to get up. I'm not sure if DH would like that, but it would be easier for me.

Pinkle--I believe the IllumiNations cruises leave from the Yacht Club and then they cruise around for a bit before IllumiNations. During IllumiNations, they are parked under the bridge by the International Gateway. We stood on that bridge to watch IllumiNations last September and it's an okay viewing spot...not our favorite, though.

It would be nice, but I'm not sure I want to deal with the logistics of getting back from the Yacht Club to BLT. We wouldn't be able to get through Epcot at that time since the park would be closed so we'd have to think of another option.

HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY :thumbsup2......................challenge.............try to say IRISH WRISTWATCH :laughing::laughing:

So, this may be a strange question... but are any of you trying to lose weight for Disney (or any other reason)? I have some baby weight (yup, still nearly 2 years later) that I want to get rid of, especially before Disney because I surely don't need this extra flab to carry around. :lmao: It's not a ton, but enough. I was wondering if anyone else would want to join me in my mission to lose the flab. I'm thinking I want to lose around 25-30 lbs.

I'm trying to lose weight for my trip. I quit smoking in 2008 to go to Disney and I gained 90 lbs. On my trip last year I found my feet really swelled after a day in the park so I would really like to lose some before September. I need to lose more than you but if I could lose 30lbs by Sept I would be happy!

Someone on the October thread posted how last year they went to 'Ohana before MNSSHP, had the earliest ADR you could get for dinner which is 5pm and between check-in wait time to be seated, and eating and taking the monorail to MK they arrived just at 7pm. She said there were already long lines for the charactors by time they entered.

You know actually after thinking about it that does make perfect sense..... hmmm... Now I need to change that. :surfweb: Back to the drawing board but I guess that means I will be giving up Ohana.

Any suggestions? That day in the morning I had as an open day to either go to MK for the morning or back to Epcot if I happened to need more time there. I definitely was planning on sleeping in and wanted some pool time that day before going to the Party. I even thought that I might possibly want to go back to DTD but again that is why I was leaving that day open as far as plans and I felt safe with the Ressie at Ohana at 5pm

I'll do it with you! I just had Mallory on February 28th... so, I know I'm only 2 weeks post-partum, but I'd love to tone up!

Yay! I have at least 1 person who's with me! I'm not sure we should really take over this thread with a lot of weight loss posts though. Should I start a new thread? I know there is another weight loss thread on here, but I feel its a bit intimidating since its already so big. If that even makes sense...

I lost 65 lbs in the last two years, but gained back 20:scared1: I'm actually trying to mentally talk myself into re-starting my mission of weight loss. I lost my walking partner and my motivation has ran away from me.

This may help!

It doesn't have to becaome a weight loss hi-jack, it can be about support:confused:

Sure start a thread then we can all support eachother!

I think you guys can chat in here about it. This is a thread of all us going in Sept and I know I would be all up for supporting you through it as well as trying to lose my 15 I want to lose. Don't seem like much but dang it seems to be the hardest!! Just think of it as us supporting u to lose weight for all the ADR's that have been booked. Lmao

Hmm, some say to start a new thread and some say to just leave it here. Now I'm not sure. lol We can leave it here for a week or two and see how it goes. If it doesn't go well, then I can start a new thread. How does that sound?

Question: What are your top 3-5 favorite healthy snacks?

Do you like yogurt? I was thinking of doing the Yoplait 2 week tune up.
