So what is everybody up to this summer? We just came back from a stay in Niagara On The Lake. Boy was it hot!!!!!!!

Sounds nice! I had surgery so i'm re cooperating :0(

Nice place! I haven't been there in years though I was thinking of going to Ft Niagara (across the lake) earlier this summer but didn't make it.

I'm off to St Louis the beginning of August, then a cruise to Alaska on Celebrity at the end of August. In between we take my son back to college.

We are on Disney's frist cruise to Alaska in May. It was Awesome!!

We're in! This will be our 2nd time cruising the Magic and our 3rd Disney Cruise total! I'm SO excited! It's the waiting part that I'm not looking forward to!!

On this cruise, we will have:
Me - Karen - I will have just turned 30...my oh my....
DH - Jason - 33 years old
And my DH's parents! (I LOVE my inlaws!!!!)

Can't wait to meet everyone!!

Doing this summer????

Today did a baseball game in Phoenix(AZ)... Diamondbacks VS Dodgers(cal).
Tomorrow taking hubby to the Muhammad Ali Parkinsons Center... just a check up.
The rest of the summer...nothing special but staying out of the heat.

102 degrees in Massachusetts?!?!?!!!? Seriously?!?! How is everyone else doing with this heat wave that has seemed to consume the entire country? We were absolutely miserable here today because not only was it hot, but the humidity was crazy. I hope you all are doing better than we are!!

Not really. We've had high and record temps in VA all week and will continue through the weekend. Its an effort just to go outside. Its too hot to even walk the dogs - they don't like it either.

It's been very sweltering here too. More then usual.
Heat at 109+ with 27% humity. My pool hit 97 back in early June.
And just think... we get this till September!
We have all learned ot cope better here in the southwest... it's a just a part of loving in the desert. My heart goes out to all of you in the mid west and east Take care!

Sorry I didn't get to some of your responses, been real busy here. Hardly any time for the Dis. The weather has been unbearable at times up here. So much heat and humidity, it's driving me crazy!

Anne had a great trip Niagara on the Lake thanks for asking. At the end of this month we are going to Cedar Point in Sandusky Ohio for 4 days. That should be fun!!

Howdy!

We are booked on this cruise as well! Actually, I hope to re-book it for less $ when I am on the Dream in a few weeks.

This will be our 4th Disney Cruise. We did a 4 day on the Wonder, a Panama Canal East Bound on the Magic and we are doing a 4 day on the Dream at the end of the month.

We actually are booked in this NY cruise in the same cabin as we were in on the Panama Canal cruise - which I thought would be neat.

Its Me (Sil) & DW (Margaret Ann... and 2DDs (Lauren who will be 13 and Rosie who will be 10).

I live about a 20 minute drive from the debarkation port!

We would love to participate in a FE.

Looks like I'll be bringing several more with me. High number of 5 more or as low as 3. We even talked about the trip today at lunch
I think we decited to make it a business trip have a few meetings and 1 CE class. Just bring the CE teacher and pay him a few bucks for the class... I think we have it made

I finally have gotten around to look for a "Meets" thread for our trip. We are myself, DH & our kids, DD, DSIL, DGD (15) & DGS (7).

This will be our (the old folks) 5th Disney Cruise and the Kids 2nd. We live in northern NJ, about 20 minutes from the port and the kids live on Long Island.

We will also be cruising on Aug 10th with 2 other Disney Crazed Couples!!

Waiting patiently (or NOT) for some info on the ports in Canada!!

We booked this while on board the Alaska earlier this year, looking forward to it. I just pulled up the reservations online today and noticed that the Disney agent who booked for us on board somehow decided to make the second adult in the staterooms (both rooms) a child!? Think he was rushing through things as there was a long line on board waiting... Need to email our travel agent today to have this sorted out, but I guess as it wouldn't change the fare anyway, we should be ok.

So, we've got two rooms, 4 adults cruising, with 2 first-timer! How exciting!
