Well Ann I have done some research and have talked to some people that are from the area and it sounds like we will most the bulk of the colour change by about 2 to 3 weeks. It will just be starting by the time we get there. I love the fall as well. It's my favorite time of the year!!


Big game tonight....... Your guys have played awesome. This has been one of the best series I have seen in a long time!!

Thanks for checking Dave!! It's too bad that we'll miss the color.

It will be a great game tonight!! I'm expecting at least one more game after tonight. (I'm hoping anyway). THIS is the way a Stanley Cup Finals series should be played. It has been eventful to say the least!!


We have not yet approached the subject of a FE group. I guess we can see who is interested.

we'll be joining all of you.

It will be me(Annie) DH.. and 2 other massage therapists. We're just waiting to find out if all of us can take a week off together. DH is a Assistant Director and his boss the Director of Massage Therapy School and a Assistant Director of Cosmatology School(also a massage therapist).

This would be our 16th cruise. Never been to NY or in the EastBut very much looking foward to the cruise. All I can say....
YEAH.... another cruise!!!

Just need to say a quick YAAAHHHHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! My boys in Black and Gold took home the Stanley Cup last night in one of the best played finals I have ever watched in my 33 years!!

Welcome Mike and Jodie! We are also doing B2B, but with the cruise after this, not with the one before. If we see you on board, we will certainly want to know how B2B procedures have worked for you in NYC!

annichan, I will certainly let you know. We are doing a B2B on the Dream in September, so it will be interesting to see if the NYC procedures are the same. Have you ever done a B2B before? We have, but not on Disney. It is lovely!

No, we never have before, this will be our first. I had thought about doing one with the 8-night NYC to the South and the 5-night NYC to the North originally as well, but DH is finding the NYC=> South itinerary not very appealing so we decided only to do the 5-night instead. Then it occurred to us that we could still do a back-to-back with two of the 5-nighters, so here we go

I completely agree with you that the 8-night itinerary leaves a bit to be desired, but at least it does include Castaway Cay! (We just did a 9-night cruise out of NYC on Princess that included Grand Turks & Caicos and Bermuda .. why couldn't Disney do that?!)

Let me just tell you how awesome it is that on the first leg, when everyone else is packing up, you are looking forward to a second cruise. Of course, that is the way we'll be feeling at the end of the 9/2 cruise.

Our previous B2B worked like this: all us "in transit" pax met in the theater. The ship had to be zero-ed out, meaning everyone had to leave the ship. Then we walked through customs, and walked right back on the ship before everyone else. Lovely!

I noticed you from Arizona. On our last cruise we met some great people from Glendale. Spent the whole week with them it was awesome. Met them trough the disboards.We have a trip planned for next February to meet up with them in Phoenix and drive to Disneyland together...

That's funny... we met some Diser's from Canada last year on the WBTA!

Next February... we'll be coming down to Phoenix to do the Muhammad Ali Parkinson's 5 K run!... and no Disneyland I think the run is on 11Feb. Come and join us if ya got the time

Did you have a nice trip? Did you break in that new camera of yours or what? We have been busy with the boys. Lots of parties and play dates. Add on baseball and I wonder how I am able to stand sometimes. Yet, I wouldn't have it any other way.
BUT....we did go and see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 today. We loved it!! It is gearing us up for our trip to Florida in 3 weeks. We are visiting my 91 year old grandma and stopping for a visit at Universal Orlando!! My boys can't wait...ok neither can I
