Hi Everyone! It's official! The November newsletter is now up and the link has been e-mailed to you. I had a few problems with my address book and hopefully got everyone back where they should be. If you did not get an e-mail from me and believe you should have, please send me an e-mail or PM me and I can straighten it out. Additionally, if you don't want the newsletter, let me know. I don't want to force this on anyone you know

So I put in my vacation request for next year for our cruise this week and knowing I was already given a hassle over the 14 day PC from last May, I figured I better get it in early.

Of course, I was given a hard time and was told "we can't afford to have you gone for two weeks, who is going to pay my AX bill?"

I said "If I get hit by a bus tomorrow, who is going to pay your AX bill? And if that is the most your concerned about, then let me show you where the checks are locked up and you can hand write one out. Do I not keep in contact via email while I am out?"

Well...............after that conversation it was APPROVED. (They probably figured I would quit.) I mean, heck.......I need to use five weeks a year and I'm not going to do it one week at a time!

So, to make a long story short..........................I'm ready to go. Guess I better start packing!

Can they send me my cruise documents first this time?

We would also love to do a Celebration meet, would love to see the town, have never been there. We should be able fit that in before the wine and cheese party, (I say not looking at our planning calendar).

As Lynn said the Celebration tour would be of interest to us. Lunchtime on the day of the wine and cheese meet would work best for us. Just hope they don’t make any new restrictive covenants after our visit. LOL.

It has been cold snowing here the last two days, got more of that white stuff on the ground. I am really tired of winter. Oh well only a couple more to go. This weekend we gotta get a start on Christmas stuff as time is getting short for us. Next weekend we have a group of students to take to open water. Then we have to get ready for our WDW trip. Christmas cards, Christmas presents sent, etc etc.

One of the project for the day is trying to get a picture of the dog for the Christmas letter. Let’s say it is like herding chickens.

Linda, employers are silly aren’t they, they give you vacation and are aghast when you want to use it.

Lynn should be home soon and the coffee is on.

We would be interested in Celebration pre meet as well. We are actually looking for a garage apartment to rent to pre experience Celebration should we decide to move there. If you know anyone willing to rent.... DH would go tomorrow. I am not ready to leave my seaside town. As much as I love Disney I am not sure if I am ready to live next door. We were staying at Old Key West a few years back and overheard a conversation - there was a family who lived in Celebration - they were staying at Old Key West for the weekend with out of town family before they all left on their Disney Cruise. My husband turned to me and said " He is my idol".

Scott it was 74 degrees yesterday in Nashville as I was riding around with the air conditioning on. Hope that everyone has a great weekend. Looking forward to the cruise. Mike

Just finished shoveling the driveway, not enough for the snowblower yet. We are supposed to get 7" this weekend. YECH!!!!

Ahh, snow. Here it is almost 70º. Watched the game on t.v. out on the deck. And we won! (been a long season )

Jenn Raked the Yard and Filled the pick up ..with leaves and corn stalks and such..

Have to work Sunday as well.. We like to call it, Double bubble...

Made our flight reservations today and we will be arriving on 9/14. Still leaving on 10/1. Will be off property the night of 9/14, using Holiday Inn points.

The Square Grouper is still open. The town made them do a bunch of improvements - they lost their dock last year during the hurricanes - I have not been over there since Wilma but they should be okay as there was not much storm surge. It is still a fun place to go but like everything else once the word gets out - it is very crowded. We usually go on Sat or Sun late in the afternoon. Still waiting to see Alan or Jimmy hanging out and having a beer.

Scott and Lynn - Great pictures of the dogs. I think we might try to get ours out to the beach for their photo.
