I am on call Saturday until 3pm- maybe Noah and I will head into the city to see the lighting ceremony at 6pm and stay in town? Looks like fun!

Ken, Beignets are in a whole different world than Holiday Inn Express cinnamon things. LOL and I look good in powder sugar. LOL They are good aren't they.

Under the Green and White awning on Decatur St. across from Jackson Sq. , but of course. A NO tradition. Only closed on Christmas day 24/7. They just reopened a couple of weeks ago. An order and a cup would be good for sure.

“Coffee is strong at the Café Du Monde and those doughnuts are too hot to touch, just like a fool when those sweet goodies cool I eat till I eat too much.”

Another great NO eatery for breakfast is Mothers, nothing like a debris biscuit and a cup of dark chicory coffee. A busy hole in the wall.

Marsha couldn't resist. Other friends of mine are going on this cruise. We all ganged up on her at my DD's wedding and insisted that she join us.

Oh Lesley.. I am wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy too excited about this...I am finally going to meet you... Woohoo!!!!!!! and all the others here I have not met before..

Now about Jenn and Pete....Jenn went to high school with my first daughter in our small town.. I was a friend of her Moms when the kids were in school and went to her early birthday parties with my daughter. Her little brother went to school with my youngest, and he is such a sweetie as are Jenn and Pete... even though I did not let them buy my house when I moved from Wakefield...sorry guys..

So party on.....dude!!!!!!! We are there...
