DCL mailed me a copy of my confirmation and it has the correct ports (Including Barbados and St Kitts) listed on it. The list on DCL's site changes.....at first, it listed the other two ports twice, then it listed the correct ones, and the last time I looked, it was back to two days in St Lucia and Antigua. :confused3 Just a glitch, I suppose.

Being that we arrive back from our cruise on a Thursday, there doesn't seem to be a desire to fly home quickly to have our daughter spend Friday at school. So we have decided to head over to WDW for three nights after the cruise. Florida afterall is quite a distance from Arizona and were already there (convincing ourselves and feeling guilty for having her out of school for so long - it's only 1st grade!).

Anyway, your opinion would be appreciated. We stayed at the Beach Club last year and really enjoyed it. However, we just want to try somethng different. For this trip we have reservations for the Contempary. Any suggestions on what might be a more appropriate resort for a then 6 1/2 and 4 year old little girls? Or is the current reservation cool? Thought about the Floridian but it doesn't look too kid friendly.

Thanks for your imput.

OMG!!! I almost forgot!!!

This weekend I was sitting around with the burning feeling that I NEEDED to do something: eat ice cream?... no did that, shave the cat?... no already very ugly, what was it.... PAY MY DOWN PAYMENT BY SUNDAY!!! At 7:45 p.m. Sunday evening it hit me like a brick. After a few moments of panic all is well.

:D

Hi everyone!!

Well today's the day!!! Our deposit is due by tonight!!! So we're definately going. My parents might have paid it already not sure.

I don't know when everyone is leaving, but for those of you bringing the magic home, have a safe and "wonder"ful trip. Take lots of pics and keep us all posted on what is happening. We'll keep the board going while you are away. Then we can focus on next year. Take good care of her b/c I'll be going on her in a month. :wizard:

Have a great day everyone.

We were scheduled to do Eli's Eco Tour on the 10 day Christmas Cruise and our whole family was looking forward to it. (13 of us). The day before, Eli blew up the engine on his boat and when we got off to meet them, they gave us the disappointing news. Well......they said they would take care of us when we visited again.............so maybe I can get them to swing a deal for us? (P.S. We went on a land tour instead, but were disappointed since Eli's was the Christmas present for everyone for our own tour!)

Hello to everyone! There are some people here I know from the May cruise....and some people's names I have heard of- but have not met yet. (Tracey)

Anyways....

Hello, we will be joining you all on the cruise in September- unless there are great problems with school for my son (will be in second grade then) or myself (grad school).

This will be our 5th disney cruise! We are really excited and are already planning our "gift" I would offer to make some kind of fish extender- but I don't want to make those kinds of offers until I can tell you that we will be there without any doubts.

We are booked into room 6624.

Robin- I will send you our 411 shortly!

Stupid question - what is a fish extender????

You know what a fish is in regards to the ship, right (the place that you get notes from Guest Services, invites to the Castaway Club reception, etc.) next to your door? An extender is something to hang down from the fish to give you more room for gifts, notes, etc. This was popularized by EpcotKilterFan Debbie on the May Repo and lead to an Ebay frenzie on the Eastbound Repo (right Renee? :rotfl2: ). I don't have a picture handy, but I'm sure someone does. Very cute with pics of Mickey and I guess others with Pooh.

Hi Celeste

Maybe we need to have a Midwest DIS Meet sometime before next September! We did this with one family in Chicago in preparation for our Eastbound cruise and had a blast!

Celeste, Welcome Aboard.

Deleated my fish extender description as the other are much better.
