Hi!
I have been lurking for quite a while. I am cruising with my husband and 4 year old daughter. I'm starting to get that "YIPEE-- We're going on the Disney Cruise" kind of feeling!! :cheer2:

Now that it's time to work on planning activities/reservations, I was hoping to figure out what the scrapbooking class(es) are all about so I will make sure not to over-scheule myself! Any ideas on when and where??

Also, anyone have a four year old? princess:

thanks!!

 everyone. I had a few moments free and thought I would stop by. On our way to Miami Children's tomorrow to see what surgery the doc wants to do on DD. I'm a bit nervous about it. We weren't supposed to do this surgery for 3 more years, so for DD to need it now is a bit tough. Hanging in though.

Miss you guys! I can't believe how long it's been since I was even able to even catch up! Post #3705 on page 247 - THIS IS HOW BEHIND I AM!!! I managed to spend a few minutes figuring out excursions. Mostly we're going outside.

Saw a post a long time ago about St. Lucia. I stayed there for about a week as a college student. I loved the island but the only thing I remember about the "drive-through" volcano was the aggressive guides. I do remember the waterfall and Rodney bay. My biggest memory is about the traffic light at the airport. Yes - airport. There was a "red light, green light" that showed you whether it was okay to cross the runway. You see, the runway was right smack dab in the middle of a pedestrian route from point a to point b. I had to wait for the red light once. It was funny to wait for an airplane to land before crossing the street!

Have to run - DD is yelling "MOMMY!" really loud now. I think the neighbors are about to call the police for child neglect, since I haven't answered for FIVE WHOLE SECOND!

Miss the group - hope to be back soon - PM or email if you want to say Hi. I did fix the PM full issue.

Can't wait to go on a vacation!

Sweet Sue

When I return from my cruise on 6/19, I will come over and catch you up on the thread, if you haven't caught up by that time. You have enough to do right now - don't worry

Hi guys,
Just a quick post to ask for prayers for my nephew Johnnie. He's 23 and was involved in a diving accident yesterday. He broke his neck and drown and was dead when his friends pulled him out of the water. But they did CPR and brought him back and then called 911. LifeFlight took him to the trauma unit. He has 5 to 10 percent brain activity and severe spinal cord damage. I'm hoping that since they relieved the pressure on his brain that activity will increase but I don't know anything about that kind of thing.

Please, if you pray, please do pray for him, Johnnie Tilley. You couldn't ask for a sweeter young man.

Thanks

Bob, you were correct in your email, it is Bimini, OK North or South Bimini and on what road. Also in what movie can the road in question be seen in the fianl scene????

Son of a Sailor.... Ahh the sea for adventure... I am a dreamer of dreams...

O.K. for all of you that were confused :confused3
Buffett concert on Sirius (and RadioMargaritaville) last night
The reference to "End of the World" in JB's tour was to a converstion he had with a research team in Anartica. That was what surprised me. The tour referred to them. Who Knew.

Scott's reference to the Bar at the End to World.....I guessed knowing that Bimini is one of their favorite places. :teeth:
I looked it up on google today Fodor's Bar at the End of the World

WOW that gave some pretty good information, including the street.

Now what Movie????

Sue and Denise,

Sending all the prayers and pixiedust: pixiedust: pixiedust: that we can manage to both of you and to Johnnie.

Still looking.

Heard the song "Party at the End of the World" last night. :thumbsup2
Might have to listen in tomorrow. Cue up the recorder since it won't be on an album until next year. Go figure.

Would it be ok I f I emailed you some dates for some stuff..
That way I can sleep ! :guilty: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Peter

Hmmm - let's see - I can be bought. All you have to do is get an extra KTW card for my DOD charges. :lmao: Good thing for you I am not a heavy drinker. I ususally have a minimum of 4 per day. OOPS I mean maximum. Just kidding...if I have 2 a day - that is good. But then there are the Mojito's. one can never have too many Mojito's.

It's not that worse, but your boss could be furious and come over to you and shouting: Bianca, are you busy doing nothing again! pirate:

I'll be leaving you all for a few (5) days now. Just a short break to Germany to enjoy and relax. I'll be back ;) ;) ;)
