Where did you see the Xilisoft at?

The Allok one looks like it may work. The reviews were bad. And it is for a trial period of 15 conversions.

Same place I got the steel drum songs.....:teeth:
I'll go with the Xilisoft and let ya know how it works.

Man.. I gotta go back to Cabo just to go to that place. I'd hang...esp after a round of rainbow shots!

Blue waves, I know what your going through. I have been trying to sneak a 2 or 3 day trip in on the 14-17 for me and dh. He is having withdrawals

Yeah - we got a resident's rate - so, couldn't resist! We really wanted to go a couple of days early before the cruise, but DH is working and trying to save those vacation days. :Pinkbounc

Everybody, please remember to careful see what needs to be done to sign up for an event (i.e. sending a PM, E-mail or posting on the thread). With all the posting going on, your post can easily get missed. You don't want to miss something you are looking forward to because your post wasn't seen. Check the newsletter or Peter's post #5. Thanks!!
That reminds me, I need to pm Elaine with our excursions and Linda about the scrapbooking. Hard to believe, but I think I will give it a look. Besides, Terry looks like the only guy in the group.

For my Mom's birthday my brother and SIL picked my Mom and I up at 11 am this morning and we headed on a sorta unknown adventure...I kinda had an idea where we were going but my Mom didn't...

Our first destination....The Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara Falls...an absolutely beautiful place...Mom actually had numerous butterflies land on her...I guess it was because of her colourful top she was wearing....

...and our second destination.....Niagara Falls....it is amazing the fact that we live so close to the Falls yet we couldn't tell you the last time we actually "visited" the Falls....

This is the American Falls

and this is the Horsehoe Falls on the Canadian Side

How wonderful!! I loved Niagra Falls. I have only been once. I had the opportunity to take my Mom and Dad on a trip with my DH and I. We took a whirlwind trip around New England and SE Canada. We picked Mom and Dad up in KY and took off to Niagra Falls - my Mom & Dad wanted to go there for their Honeymoon and never made it!! My Dad loved the falls. We stayed at a Marriott that overlooked the falls. We had to drag my Dad out of there! After Niagra we went to Montreal, then Vermont, then Bar Harbour, then through NY and back to KY. We had a wonderful time the four of us. It was a very memorable time for me. My parents have not been able to vacation since, so I am glad they were well enough to make it then. :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Yeah me too. I want to do it all. I can't believe in six weeks that we will be at dinner, probably getting ready to order dessert. The best part will be not being on this diet anymore. I am going to eat anything I want on the cruise and have dessert every night.

I just noticed I'm a few posts away from 600 on this thread :cool1: :thumbsup2

One great thing about our job is that we can take off whenever we want, however long we want. It's just a question of how much $$$ we have floating around :cool1: As long as we turn their truck in to them.
OT, but has anyone ever been on an Alaskan cruise? I have always wanted to go but I want a ship comparable to DCL or I ain't going. Dh wants to do the whole shebang. Land and sea. Just wondering if anyone had any reccomendations. We will be going around 2008. I want to just wait until disney decides to go but  dh says go asap.

I, too, am a proud owner of a hot pink razor. DH "bought " it for me. Bought meaning got it free for signing another contract with cingular. :woohoo: I don't know how to work half the features but hey, it's pink, what else matters?

We went to Alaska and did the Land and cruise together. It was amazing. We went on Princess - Princess Dawn, as I remember. I definitely would do the land as well. Lots of great memories and pics. I'll try and get one or two posted on here. I'll have to scan them. I didn't have a digital when we went a few years ago. We liked Princess actually. It was very casual. We were always out on deck. We went in Sept. We WANTED to see the snow and boy did we. It was cold, but it was so different on the Alasks cruise - we were wrapped up in blankets, drinking a Hot toddy and watching for Whales, seals, otters, ice bergs, falling ice, etc. I do regret not going to Kodiak Island and seeing those bears. We did see bears but not Kodiak. If you have any particular questions, feel free to ask.

Okay, so where is the info. on how to post a picture on the site??? I know, I know, you've told this about a dozen times. But, let's make it a bakers dozen, okay?? :goodvibes
