Now I'm being compared to a mushroom... "I AM NOT A MUSHROOM!" .... nor am I an errant Jedi.... I AM BLOODY Captain Crash -- AKA a lsot Star Ship Captain - who's lost his ship.

OK - what I really am - is a patient Dad waiting to leave for dinner with my Uncle tonight. We're celebrating a new baby of my Cousins' tonite. There are 50+ souls from the four corners gathering near DL - an I got barely enough time to get there now.

OK... so I'll be leaving soon ...

and just for the record - I DO have a pretty cool Jedi Knight costume. It has some 7 layers and is near movie prop grade professional. It was originally for (in part) the Halloween DCL cruise I WUZ reserved on - til I got this postcard from DCL urging me to transfer so I could raise a ruckus on THIS DIS thread. But little did I know - you 'all needed no ruckus raisin'... more so - it near frightening how active it is here!

Seriously, it's great fun folks - I enjoy ALL the banter and non-sense... except fer that hula dancin' photoshop thing... that was mildly disturbing to encounter folks who matched my usual antics on line! Plus my tharapist is unsure whether this DIS thing is helpin' or not...

Anyone staying here pre-cruise? If so how are you getting to the port in the am??? We just booked a room and are going to leave our car there while on the cruise. Just needed a reliable and inexpensive way to the ship!

They don't have a shuttle? Thought they did.
We're staying at the Radisson, but not using theirs. We'll have a rental. Drop off the bags, then drop off the car and take the Budget shuttle back to the ship. Worked well last time.

Switch to Verizon and we can all be IN!! I got Pix and Txt and Flx and god knows what else on this phone. It will take me 2 years to learn how to use it all, then it will be time for a new one. Hey that hand crank model would be good for down here in the hurricanes....

Well 35 days from today we will be opening a can of beans and pretending that each bean is a specialty of Palo Brunch. I can’t wait for the crab leg bean, the there will be the desert buffet, with selected sweet beans. The hot dog prime is to simply die for.

That's all we're eating until we cruise so we can afford to cruise

Hello All! Cut CaptainCrash a break. After all, you might need him to add up your shipboard accounts should the computer system on the ship crap out. Capn Crash are you aware that in Antigua you can meet Nick Maley? Google him because he apparantly had something to do with the creation of Yoda. He actually looks like Yoda in a way. He now owns this GREAT little art gallery on antigua that we went to on the 04 holiday cruise on my dh's b'day. We got to meet him, bought a page from the original script of StarWars and Kevin even got his picture taken with him. Just FYI for any StarWars fans, this was not a big deal for me but for my movie buff hubby it was the be all and end all.

Sorry I haven't pulled my weight with the 10 post, but my DW took the laptop to North Car. for the week. She is visiting some friends we meet in Jamicia. So, I have to go down to the her office to use the computer
Wife and son will be gone till next Sat.....she left me a 'Honey do' list 4 pages long
