I was told by a nice CM on the hotel ressies desk that the late Oct AP rates were coming out the end of this month (April) hoo hoo!

DH has watched the vacation planning dvd several times and thinks MNSSH looks awesome--if I can get a good enough deal I'd like to surprise him! But oh, that free dining looks tempting. (Our first trip was in March and now I am totally hooked! )

I'm in for a subscription to this thread.

I'll be in WDW May 10-17, then going back in October. We are planning on October 25th-November 1st. Can't wait to do the MNSSHP for the first time. It'll be the largest group also I have ever went with - there will be about 12 of us. We are definatly looking for discounts.

Looking for codes in October. Have gotten good AP codes for the Polynesian is the past. Would love to go back to Poly for 4 night before spending the week at the VWL.

If you use an AP code, you can't alos have the dining plan. Is that right?

yep that is right. You will need to work out which is best for you. If you stay at a vlaue resort then the free DP will be better when it is added up, but at a delux there is less benifit, and we worked out for two adults the AP discount is better.

The Wife and I have booked at Port Orleans FQ for September 26th- october 10th and are looking out for AP discounts. I just hope the hurricanes have finsihed by then!!!

DH and I have changed our July plans to either late Sept. or early/mid Oct. and would love it if there was a code we could use at the Poly or BC (still haven't decided). We have AAA so we can always fall back on that if need be. We've never been for MNSSHP and are pretty excited to be going during this time. I've wanted to experience Disney at Halloween since I was a kid. Crossing my fingers!

due to husband's travel schedule, have to move our trip from dec to oct. want to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge savannah view, so am watching for AP codes with all of you. (was disappointed to have to go earlier in the year lol) only thing now is i have to decided soon on where to eat so i can make the reserved seatings or whatever they are called now since i am six months out.

If you eat at a lot of table-service restaurants like we do, try the DDE. Saves us hundreds each trip.
