Also hoping for an October code. DH and I will be going Columbus Day weekend and its a toss up between WL, AKL and SoG. SoG is the most affordable, but if we can get a good FL resident code, we will go for the deluxe!!

Am also looking for the best deal. We'll be there October 19-24. Would have loved free dining but we love MNNSHP. I would like to stay at a value resort to save money, but we'll probably end up going with the Caribbean Beach Resort.

I am hoping soon, but looking at mousesavers, for the last 2 years, October codes at least did not come out until the end of August!! We might all be in for a long wait....

Just considering the possibility of adding one extra night to our September DVC stay with an AP rate. We're considering the free dining package for the weekend before our DVC stay....but if we can get a good enough deal on property for the 15th we may stay that night and possibly go to MNSSHP (first night!). Otherwise we'll likely priceline that night just so we can stay later Friday and just skip the party.

Just stopping by ...... we're heavily involved in the June/July/August code watch right now, so I haven't been able to spend too much time over here .....

We're planning trips in September & October, so I have to keep at least ONE eye on this board too ....... (sigh) ...... so many threads, so little time!

I'll join this thread!! Even though I have booked the free dinning, I still would rather have AP rates!!! I just hope they come out before I have to pay my trip in full, or I will be out of luck.. From memory I think it may have been june/july when they came out.

We may have an advantage, as it was a bad hurricane season last year, and the summer is very busy this year I am wondering if a lot of people pulled their vacations forward so that the bookings are down for sept/oct.

Guess we're next in line for codes I need a code for few days @ CR, Columbus Day week in Oct, have AAA would love to use an AP rate.

June got skipped, glad I booked part of that trip off-site w/TS promo...

July into early Aug (period before free dining promo?) AP's only @ Epcot resorts...

At this rate can we gather that October discounts won't be announced until early in September (if @ all?).

Well they've released limited AP rates for July 5th - August 5th today so hopefulyl we'll get some September/October rates soon.

Looking at the general level of availabilty at the resorts, even though there is free dining, there loks to be a high level of availabilty still. So hpefully it won't be long. At a guess I would think they won't announce then until after the period for booking free dining is over.
