Last minute booking and we are joining you on this cruise. We are DH, Me, DD(9) and DD(4). We would love to be added to the FE list if it is not too late. We have enjoyed this in the past. We would to do it again. We have not told the girls about the cruise. Can't wait to see their faces. We are in stateroom 8027. Let me know if it works for us to join you.
Thanks,
Suzy

:welcome: aboard Suzy :)

I'm sure your girls will be so excited when they find out about the cruise!!!

I am organising the FE exchange and as we've only just sorted the spreadsheet this week I'll add you in and let everyone know :)

I have sent you a pm requesting so information from you.

I will be making the cut off date for cruisers to sign up to the FE Exchange the 30th August. This will allow participants plenty of time to get gifts together before the cruise. If anyone requests to sign up after this date I will ask each person in the group if they are able to accommodate any more staterooms :)

Welcome, Suzy!!

40 days, everybody!! :cool1:

I'm soooo psyched!!!

Still have the cabana on Serenity Bay for us. I've gone over and over what I want to do with Nassau. At first we said we wanted to do the Aquaventure for the novelty of doing it without the kids. Then I decided that, no, we'd just stay on the ship. Then hubby said he really wanted to do it without the boys so I booked it again. Yesterday hubby & I were talking about how he wants to do a real snorkel thing someday, options on the cruise for us, so then I booked the Snorkeling the Ruins at Atlantis. It's like planning and replanning, thinking and overthinking....I do this right up to the bitter end. I'm sure one of these times I go to sign into our itinerary Mickey's going to pop up on the screen and say, "Enough! You're done!!!!" :lmao:

On a brighter note, I was able to get the Florida resident rate applied or us which moved us from a Category 11 to a Category 5 + get a $380 refund. THEN, this week I was able to book us at the MCO Hyatt the night before the cruise for a grand total of $104.56. That saved us something like $75 or $80. I guess it's a good thing I keep pouring over all this stuff. :D

That is outstanding! :cheer2:

I'd love to have a cabana on Castaway Cay one day when I have a larger group than just my son and I going. We loved the one on Half Moon Cay, the Carnival private island.

Thanks a bunch.. I sent all info and can't wait to get spreadsheet. Now to decide what we will do for FE. This was so last minute and out of character for us. We love to plan very in advance. Those Fl resident rates got us. LOL. See you in September!

Hi Suzy!!! I recognized your email addy! I've helped with box tops and coke caps for school. I see we are not the only one who had fun ideas for the 4 day weekend! We have not told Will about the trip either. Probably let him know a few days before. Glad to see you joined the FE.

Melissa,

That is too funny. We could not pass up the 4 day weekend and those crazy rates. We will have a hard time keeping the secret but they won't know until we leave the port. Hannah will guess almost immediately when we make the turn from Disney World. That is so funny that we are sailing together. Great minds think alike. LOL :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I am sure we will see you before we leave!!!!!!!!!!
Suzy:cool1:

We received our cruise booklet and luggage tags in the mail today, WOOHOO!!! :cool1:

37 days!!

Also, looks like Disney Cruise Line changed up their website a bit when you log into your reservation. It looks nice. :goodvibes

Hi all
We just booked a getaway last night

We would love to join the FE list if it's still possible. One tiny caveat is that we are going to try to upgrade at the port. The ship looks kinda light so a good chance maybe.

Hi
The cut off date for FE sign ups is the 30th August so you made it in time.
If you could send me a pm with your stateroom details and names, ages of everyone in your party as well as your email address then I'll be happy to add you to the group list :)

Myself, my friend DisneyGibbs, her mum, her brother and his girlfriend will be on this cruise can't wait! After sailing on the magic a million times the dream will be a welcome change.

That friend would be me! Very excited as we have toured the Dream and loved it. Especially Believe! Whoop.

Please can you pm me with your email address, stateroom number and names of all FE participants so I can add you to the list :)

It's getting very exciting now it's so close, I'm hoping we will receive our documents in te UK very soon :) :)

NaomiJayne &tp1830 I have sent you both pm's for further information from you so that I can add you to the FE spreadsheet and update everyone else :)

Got our cruise docs today! Glad to see the FE list is growing!

Anyone planning on running/walking the Castaway Cay 5k?

Tracey & I were going to but he's been having such a terrible time with shin splints I'm not so sure he will still want to. I'd be happy to do it but I don't think I will if he's not. I don't want to ditch him on our anniversary trip. :cutie: Also, if I maintain my alternating days I would be running the day before. Last September when I ran the 5k it was unGodly hot especially in the portion that goes thru the bike path back towards the lookout. If I'm going to run I'd rather do it much earlier in the morning like I do at home. It's miserable hot & humid here, too. I generally run before sunrise or when it's down enough that I'm not in direct sunlight. :thumbsup2

I imagine the 5k will be a decision we make on the fly. Depends on how the old man feels about it when the time comes. :cool2:

The heat and humidity is what has me concerned....maybe I'll just do some walking on the ship early and then can enjoy a nice breakfast before the beach! ( some of those waffles with the dulce de leche....yum!)
