Glad your root canal is almost over with. Yep, I survived mine and it was the least painful and less expensive of my appointments since he just put in the post and scraped the gum with no novacain. I hate the shot of novacain more than anything else. Now I have a filling in it till December because he wants me to brush my gums and try to get them to recede around the tooth. It probably would be cheaper for an implant by the time he is through with me. I should have had it pulled and went to Disney for Christmas. See neither of us was meant to go.
Sorry to hear about the airfare. All the news reports said it wouldn't be going down this year because they have less seats so I wouldn't think it would go down either.
It sounds like you needed your video camera today while golfing. You could play it for their children some day. lol
We have had the heat on for a couple weeks here and right now it is 49 degrees here.
I want to know where Miss Linda is and how she is too. I have been getting some funny emails from here so I am sure she is lurking in here somewhere.

and since there is a forcast of rain.. no Pumpkin patch visit for me.. boohooo... but as I mentined to Angwill.. eat all you can Pizza for $5.95 at Pizza hut for lunch.... 
I also seem to NEED at least 8 hours of sleep nowadays and might even like some more. 
He's got prostate cancer, so I'm hoping for the best....if it has spread, and he needs chemo, I know for a fact my mom will not be able to take care of him the way he was able to care for her, she's still getting her monthly chemo treatments, and she still hasn't recovered from her heavy chemo treatments almost 2 years ago! 
how awful for your father ...and your family. My dad had prostrate cancer, they got it all during surgery and he had just 6 weeks of chemo. I can't remember what medical center Templeton is near (I'm from MA, just moved to NC), but sometimes they can arrange transportation to chemo app'ts.
....although I do love you, MissLinda, the DIS and/or computer kept sticking and so it worked like a double accidental post - only you got it three times!!
Oh, and I found I could simply copy and paste the boo into my signature - those steps were waaay too complicated for me! 
My friends are Disney'd out and I am not the type to go solo.
Would not mind rooming solo, but parks and eating solo all the time...sigh...it's just more fun for me when sharing it with others. Gee, I miss having little kids!

The eye doctor has a van that will pick me up and bring me back home and my wonderful bil will make sure I get to the hospital for my heart tests. It is in his best interests because he gets custody of dh if I croak.
