SEPT 2009 code watch

Did you use a TA? If so they are OK with the payments? I got the impression from mine that they don't do payments. I would prefer to send in the money as I have it too rather then wait until the end.

No I don't use a TA. I like booking my own. I like the thrill of the hunt finding the best rates, keeping an eye out for codes. It feeds my Disney obsession. For my last 3 trips I have managed to get wonderfully low rates.

Thinking of going in September 09 also - probably the middle of the month. Not sure of dates yet. Thinking of staying at POP or CBR NOT SURE yet. Stood at pop twice and loved it, but thinking of staying somewhere else for a change. Any comments about CBR from anyone who stood there...trying to figure if it would be worth the extra money to stay there.

Since Labar day is LATE in Sept 09 (actaully the 7th, I believe, do you think the VALUE and FREE DINING will be good for sept 1 -6? I looked on a calendar for 2009 and there is no Monday on the first week of September. Labor Day Monday starts on the 2nd week. 8/31 is the last Monday in August.
Our school starts usually the day after labor day. I am thinking of booking that FIRST week of September and if they offer BOUNCEBACK when I visit WDW in 2 months...I will book those days and get FD...thats what they are doing NOW, from what I heard, that is....

If I understand what you are asking:
The current dates for the free dining bounceback they have been offering this fall to come back NEXT fall have been 8/23-10/8.

Value season for the Value and moderate resorts is Aug. 9 - Oct. 1. (Deluxe vary.)

We went the last week of August in '05 with the free dining they offered that year. (First time offered, not a bounce back)

So, yes, you should be able to go the last few days of Aug/first few days of Sept., and get back in time for school.

The dates they offer in any other offer may vary.
I am wondering if they will offer this time range IF they offer a general public free dining. (Here's hoping! )

I think those will be our days for next trip, after we get back from our Xmas trip. LOL.
I am fine with a VALUE rate + AAA rate, but the FD would be a great PERK too.

You can book if you want then wait with us for codes and the free dining promotion, that will come out around April(accding to history). I am not booking yet as we are going through job changes and I wanna pay my little bit of CC debt off before booking as I HATE having that!! I'll book by Feb though! I wanna make my dining ressies beforehand.

I want to join the code watch for September 2009 too...we are going September 18-26 and are hoping for a discount for my family of 5, either free dining or a room discount (we are getting 2 rooms at the Pop). Anybody else staying at the Pop? We are so excited! This is our first big family trip!!!
