EEYOREFAN, i'm sorry to hear about your losses. I know that being a mother isn't for everyone and think is wasn't for my mom, but it is for me. Now please don't get the wrong picture, she has been a wonderful mother, it's just as I get older I realized that if we were strangers I don't think we would be friends. But that ok, because she's family ! I hope everyone is having a great weekend.
And EEYOREFAN never give up the DCL fight! They all realize how right we are in the end!

Hello everyone! Thanks Ericamanda & Dzne , your kind words are appreciated. I took my niece shopping at the St Augustine outlet stores today for their birthday. (twins born on Labor Day!) I shopped my little heart out. Tommy Bahama, Yankee Candle, Skethcher, Coach, and yes, the Disney Store Outlet!!!! And guess what? They sell DCL stuff there! Yeehaw!! It was a blast. After I got home, my DS lost his first tooth!!! The toothfairy will come tonight. All this excitement all in one weekend. BAck to work for me tomorrow. Oh, well. Thanks for the great pictures of Mickey & Minnie. Where is the Goofy link?

There are OUTLET stores in ST AUGUSTINE?????? How far from there do you live? My sister lives in Hollister and works in Palatka. We were there in late April/early May just after they moved up there (from Jupiter) and drove over to St Augustine for the day. I LOVE it there!!

I hadn't been getting my email notices again! It's been a while since I posted. Dzne , sorry you had to go thru that with your mom! I know all too well how easy it is for them to just say what's on their mind without stopping to think how inappropriate it may be. I, too, have gotten the "you've put on some weight" speech a time or 2. I mean, I know it's true, but that doesn't mean I want to hear about it!! I'm with everyone here who's stated that you're a beautiful woman, inside and out (must be the Latina blood!! ).

I'm really bummed out. My sister (and her family) were supposed to get here today and they couldn't make it because of dumb ol' KATRINA!! They were driving & they couldn't leave FL until yesterday afternoon and there's no way they would've made it thru before the storm. So, who knows when we'll get to see her in person!

Amanda01: need more pictures of Mason to show Pokie!! Is he still waking up constantly at night? What did you decide to feed him afterall?

He has gone potty in the house several times today, has been running from me in the yard (which I know he thinks is a game), refuses to wear his leash without pulling and chewing on it and just being a terror! I swear I am gonna lose it soon. Where is DH?!?!?!?

Ok I need some options. I found this dress on ebay for $70 and I REALLY like it, but I wanted to get it for the cruise's formal night. Now is it too dressy? Let me know what you think.

Amanda01: I love the dress!! I don't know about it being too formal, as I've never been thru a "formal" night. I'm sure others may be able to help a little more in that area. I think if you like it & feel good in it, then wear it!! JMHO.

Thanks for the link to Mason's pics!! What a cutie!!!! Pokie says she likes "younger men"!! I took the liberty of taking a peek at your sign pictures and I LOVE the STITCH sign!! I seem to like STITCH more than some of the other characters. Have you noticed the "Bostons" in the Lilo & Stitch movie? I told Krystina that if we ever get another Boston we are naming it Stitch because of the big eyes & ears!!

They do have a bunch of outlet stores there. We go at least once a month and sometimes more often. Great shopping! I have a purse (especially Coach) and Bath & Body passion! I also love shoes but my feet are hard to fit so I don't get lucky in that department too often.

I totally forgot about the bostons in that movie. Too bad we already have a cat named Stitch, yes after the movie Stitch. He is a feral cat that only likes me. DH swears that cat hates him, but I just reminded him that I am home all day so they are all used to me.

I've been soooo sick you guys. I've had a horrible cold since last Friday and I'm still not completely better. I'm glad you all have been busy posting away. I just viewed the video that Goofyguy made. So glad there's computer savy people here on the DIS. So, how is every one doing? Is any one dry? Its raining here and you should've seen me and three little ones huddled under one big golf umbrella earlier today. It was funny.

Has Dzneprincess posted lately? I hope she's o.k. w/ Katrina. Amanda01, have you heard from her?

My dad is in FLA looking at properties in all the rain. He's insane. I joked with my parents about them wanting to indanger themselves by chasing Katrina. They flew into FLa before Katrina reached the Tampa area.

Well, I just wanted to log in and say HI. I am very glad you can't hear the coughing and hacking on my side of the computer.

I hope to be posting more clearly soon.
