Hope you have a lot of fun! You have to do Toy Story Mania it is so so fantastic!

We're going in Feb and haven't done Toy Story Mania yet. I'm sure my DH will beat me though, 'cause every time we do Buzz Lightyear, he always gets higher scores. Always. Any tips? :rotfl:

Well, my area is supposed to have low to mid 40s in the day and anywhere from 20s to 30s at night. Sorry! It certainly won't be like south Mississippi, I'm sure.

:scared1: Oh My!! I woke up this morning to frost on the ground and a temp of 34. It is nice and sunny now with a temp around 70 or so. Guess I better bring warm clothes then! I guess it could be a little worse and be snowing when I get there!!:rotfl: Thanks for the info.

How cold we are heading down Thanksgiving Day

Okay, it is now almost 4:00 and still in the 60's! Last night it got down to the 50's. I am wearing a sweatshirt and jeans, but need a little jacket outside or the restaurants are still freezing. I will keep you posted - just send me a reminder - last week it was in the high 80's, low 90's - we were sweating!!!! Today - freezing! Goofygrandmom is at Epcot today and called me that it is so empty, they are walking on everything - including Soaring.

JoAnne....how cold is it going to be this weekend in Virginia? I am headed to Williamsburg, VA on Friday morning. Helping a coworker move from south Mississippi. It will be a very fast trip so I wont be there long...but I HATE the cold!!! Let me know so I know what to pack. :thumbsup2

Pam

I saw your post and saw you were coming to Williamsburg, VA this weekend. I live in Williamsburg and the weather for this weekend is showing 40-50's and partly sunny. Where is your friend moving to in Wmsbg?
Are you driving? If so drive safe.

One of the things I love about the DIS is that there is always someone who has the lowdown and is willing to share it. Thanks, Karen.

FIRES: Everyone please stay safe and I am sending pixie dust:wizard:

Dave's job is almost a certainty now:woohoo: They DO want him (and Dave has had enough discussions with them about money that we feel they will be fair. Oh my gosh I have so much to do:eek:

Congrats to Dave!!!

We got up to 43 today but won't get out of the 30's for the next couple of days. How I wish we could retire to FL already!

Thank you for the weather report. I thought there was someone on here that lived in Williamsburg, but was not sure who it was. I am not sure where she is moving to. All I know is we are headed to Williamsburg. We are driving....a very long 15 hours each way!!!:drive: She is only 22 and has not worked much the past few weeks, so renting a Uhaul is a little more than she needs to spend. That is why I volunteered to help her move her stuff. My husband is taking off work to go with us. I will try to find out where we are going and let you know. I am hoping to get there early enough on Saturday to maybe look around a bit before we head back home. I have never been to Williamsburg before.

Williamsburg is definitely on my list of places to visit.

I just wanted to check in with everyone. I start my new job tomorrow then I am off on a 4 night on the Independence of the seas. One day of work then a vacation--not bad :rotfl:

Have a great week and I will "talk" to you all next week.

Have a great time, Mary. I know a lot of us will be interested to hear what you have to say when you get back!

Mary, have a great trip!!!! :)

Hadley, yay!!!! I'm very happy for you and Dave! Will you have to move?

lol don't worry Im like you, always get the low scores, but my argument is that if you improve does it matter?

Right at the end they have a bonus round where the idea is just to keep hitting the same target. Litterally just pull pull pull! The quicker you can pull the little cord that fires the better. It is on the last game just after they finish and the more you do the higher the amount you get for doing it goes.

Nice for some lol. Hope today goes OK and enjoy the cruise! Wish we were going on one! Holiday blues have well and truely kicked in here.

Good morning fellow disers!

Right now it is 41 degrees here going up to 50.
We had frost this morning but the sun is shining bright! Looking outside from, the kitchen it looks like a nice but cold day. I really shouldn't complain because I am originally from Syracuse, NY(snow capital of the states, 196 inches last year!!!). Talked to my sister this am and 4" on the ground and 21 degrees she sent me a picture. I am not complaining.

Pam, if you would like to pm(or call me, pm me with you phone # if you would like) when you get to Wmsbg I can answer any questions you might have regarding the area. It is a pretty area to visit any time of the year.

Dave, I hope all goes well with the job!
Got my fingers crossed!

Thanks, Sarah. Now, I love DH, but I'm keeping that one to myself :rotfl2: .

Karen, we too are transplanted NYers (in VA over 20 years), but from Queens and Brooklyn, not *OMG* snowy Syracuse. You reminded me of one of the reasons we moved!

Williamsburg is beautiful, Pam, and so historic. Do a little tourism if you can.
