That is good news that it turned out just to be a really bad sprain. I hope that you make a speedy recovery.

on board.
If you are still considering the dolphin swim, I can recommend ShoreTrips. DH booked an excursion through them in Nassau on our second cruise and they have been absolutely brilliant. They offer you a full refund if your ship does not make it to port. We made it, but a day later than planned and they really worked with him to reschedule the excursion for a day later. They offer the Royal Swim ($134) and the Dolphin Swim Adventure ($97), which is actually cheaper than booking through Dolphin Discoveries direct. I did the Dolphin Swim Adventure at Dolphin Discoveries in Cozumel last year and had a wonderful time, but think the Royal Swim appeals to me more.
I would definitely recommend the Body Composition Analysis. We got a complimentary one on our Med cruise for taking part in a class and it was so interesting. We have made some fairly radical lifestyle changes as a result of this and are going to do the Body Composition Analysis again on this cruise to see if those changes have been effective. I do agree that it should be easy enough to book on board. We booked ours about 24 hours ahead of time.
I would not be too sure about this. I always assumed that my metabolism is rubbish, but the opposite is the case. My main problem is water retention.
