I hope you don't mind if I chime in. I watched the Duggar's Wedding episode this week, and I also found a few times I literally laughed out loud. It was pretty funny! The engagement episode was also entertaining, but not near as much as the wedding episode!
I am happy to be back at work, yet I still tire easily. We're having some snow showers today, but nothing bad. Luckily when the sun came out yesterday, most of the ice dried up.
I enjoyed the Duggar wedding episode. I loved when the siblings reinacted the engagement!
Did you guys see the most recent episode where Jim and Michelle went to San Francisco and they wandered into a "head shop".
Jim commented on the "interesting glassware" that were actually pipes (for pot-smoking, I'd assume).
Anyway, I enjoy the show and I don't have anything against their lifestyle! I just stay away from the threads on the Community Board. LOL
Yikes you folks out east got just slammed. Thankfully here in MN we got nothing in that line other than cold weather which I can live with instead of the snow and ice.
I'm starving right now and that all sounds so tasty to me!

It warmed up to 40 degrees today and a lot of the ice and snow is melting, but then I read that we're supposed to get more snow this week!!
Even with the higher temp and the sun out today, there is still a LOT of snow on the ground. BLAH!
I hope the groundhog DOESN'T see his shadow tomorrow! LOL

I'm definitely new here, but I would love to get involved with the gang before me and my family go on this cruise.
My mom, grandma, brother, sister, and I went on the June 1st 2008 Mexican Riviera Cruise and had a fabulous time. Our only regret was that we didn't make the time to meet our fellow cruisers on this board before sailing!
So, just saying hi, and hoping to get organized enough to meet or at least chat with a few of you all before we get on board. (and considering the amount of time I have until the cruise, I really have no excuse to fail in this!)

So I was getting Disney withdrawls and couldn't wait until March. Just decided to head down to DL for Valentine's weekend. DS and I both have that Monday off, we we're going down for the weekend. Got a cheap room off Priceline and the APs cover parking so we're all set.
Yeah we bought more DVC yesterday
We couldnt resist , we have been waiting to buy at the Grand Californian since before they even announced it "officially" I think Kurt from DVC hinted to us when we were on the WB TA in 07 so we had are SSR now we have the Grand Californian ... So one of the nice incentives was Developer Points but we have to use them by Oct 3rd of 09 so we decided that since Monica was going to go for Valentines weekend we would go to and use half of our developer points now ..lol (Free Trip)
Anyway We will be at
Disneyland on February 13th thru the 16th if you want to come on by .....
I'm jealous!!

Well, I officially have a room-mate for this cruise! Much loved, ex-sister-in-law, Pam, is joining me! She still has to get final clearance from her boss for a 2 week plus vacation, but I say.....plenty of time to find a new job if he doesn't!

Oh well! I sent the COO of the company (she has the final say on these kinds of things) an email on January 13th and haven't heard back. I'm taking the lack of a negative reply as an approval.

I am not a big football fan but I will watch for the commercials and to root for the underdog, since I dont have a favorite team.
We have had a fun start to our day today. They said our low was going to be 35 last night but we hit 25, so we woke up to frozen water pipes
Since we are in an RV our door is metal. So guess what else was frozen, yep the door was frozen shut
Greg was going to take our dogs out to relieve themselves this morning and the door wouldnt open.
So as the dogs pranced and whimpered around the RV I grabbed my blow dryer and we went to work on the door. After a few minutes Greg was able to loosen the ice enough he could bang hard enough to open it, just in time for the dogs to make it outside!!!
On the bright side, I don't have to do the dishes this morning

I hope all of you in the States looking forward to the Super Bowl commercials picked up your Sobe 3-D glasses at the grocery store to watch the 3-D commerical airing in 2Q. There are no loyalties to either team at this house, so it's a day to just celebrate American football. I will say that being I grew up closer to Cleveland, by default I may have some more cheers for the Cardinals.

well, really, it doesn't matter to me much, my team didn't make it very far. I'm just happy to see any NFC West team in the Superbowl.
I made team cupcakes though! Yum!
The New England Patriots aren't playing so ultimately we don't care who wins, but DS17 is a fan of the St. Louis Rams, and he still likes Kurt Warner, so since Warner now plays for the Cardinals, we'll be cheering for them.
I still have to find someplace to get the 3D glasses!!
We're having our own little Superbowl Party here tonight!
