Not much is new. Just wanted to say hi! I'm completely lost on the rum guessing game. Oh well!

Donna (ragdoll), we leave at 6:00 AM also - but from Columbus. So we'll meet at the Orlando airport, I guess, and maybe be on the same bus to the port? You'll recognize me - come over and say hi!

I think I'm going to read some of my new Passporter tonight! Yay!

Lisa, Hope it works! If you have any tips for the older kids, don't hesitate to pass them on!

Jen...We have actually signed up for a seminar for 1-2-3-4 year olds and a class for teens. They are not until later this year and early next year. But the one we went to last night was really good. After I try some of the tips, I will let you know if they work!

Oh my goodness, I haven't checked since Wednesday. You all post so much. You should all be very proud of your selves.

Christopher update - He is doing very well. Two of his stitches fell out inside his mouth, there is still one left inside and one outside. He is quite the trooper. Thanks to all the well wishers. I think the 's helped.

Trisha, my hart goes out to you, we too have a little one, at times not in great shape, she is 12.

Steve, you are Mr. Comedian. Can’t wait to meet you.

Pam, I think my DH will join you on that Survivor viewing, keep us posted. And by the way, yes we are bringing a pocket digital, SLR digital (my little birthday present, at least that is what I tell DH), and camcorder.

Jenny, when they said you were the resident reality show watcher, you wern't kidding. What else are you going to do when there is nothing on. We need some new shows. And I am so sorry about your car, I feel your pain.

To all, I think we should all be hoping for “No more storms” I think everyone has seen enough in 2005 to last a lifetime.

Wendy, I love your pictures of activities – I second the motion.

Got some packing done last night, will slowly pack the rest as the week goes on. Tried on my formal dress also, fits perfect and looks great. Still losing a little more weight wouldn't hurt.

When I watched at 6am today, they were saying it could still loop back, so we aren't out of the woods yet, I guess.

Need to find something to do with restless preschooler. We've played CandyLand, Interact TV, sidewalk paint, puzzles, lincoln logs, sorting mommy's lipsticks, etc. I just want to pack and she ain't cooperating.

I went SHOPPING! SHOPPING! SHOPPING! I was like a kid in a candy store today. Guess that's what happens when my DD isn't there to chaperone me!

I bought stuff, so much stuff, I need a new suitcase! Guess I'll just have to go out and buy one!

I got a camcorder! It's a really cool Sony one that even records in HD, 16:9. Cool, huh! And then I just HAD to get the really cool Sony backpack that has a camcorder bag, a camera bag and a CD bag all inside tied up together. And it was all on SALE!

I got a garment bag - ended up with one that isn't long enough for my long dress but the material is something that won't wrinkle (only the jacket would) so it's okay. All the other dresses are short.

I got other stuff too! Books to read, a generic "Caribbean cruise" book in case we have to find a new port, new sunglasses, water toys for DD, and other silly things to fill up my suitcase. About the only thing I DIDN'T buy was clothes! Hmmmm.... should I go shopping more?

Took my car in today for it's 60K checkup. It's broken. Of course I found this out as I was busy buying the camcorder, so I fgiured oh well - time to buy the cheap one. The car's got an oil leak on a "master seal". Whatever that is. Anyways, worry for nothing - turns out it's covered under the powertrain warranty and is free! Decided to buy the better (and totally much cool'er) camcorder! And I did save money - it uses the same batteries as my old one, so I don't have to buy any new batteries!

Can you tell I'm trying to convince myself I got a BARGAIN when instead I bought a really outrageously priced electronic toy?

BTW - Ophelia is OFFICIALLY away from Florida and headed to more Northern pastures like the Carolina's. Whew! I just hope it's a breeze in the park for those states. Hurricanes are no fun (except for the drink and the team). Hmmm, wonder if they have Hurricanes on the Magic? Yummmmmmmmmm

I'm printing magnetic door signs today, and the DIS meet signs are done! Progress is being made, people!

We are approaching two important points in our DIS board journey - 200th page and 3000th post! Why does that excite me?

Cleaned today and got my car back. It's working great now.

Lisa M, we are leaving on Saturday.

I hope I'm not forgetting any important tidbits.

Emily, I think that Missy and Mary SHOULD let you in on the secret, but then no one here seems to view me as judge and jury - go figure!

Looking GOOD for Ophelia NOT being an issue for us. Keep praying for good weather, and things should be all clear! I hope any FFCers are clear of the effects of her if she's headed your way.

Hi Jen. I am still here. My comment about packing is I am not packing that much this year. (of course I say that know but planning not to is good).

I have a busy week ahead of me as do all of you. I am not a planned packer so I will not pack until thursday. Only that day bc Tracy is coming that night. otherwise I would be packing on Friday/Friday night. I am ready to go mentally though.

I hope everyone has a safe trip down here this week and I will see you all on Sat some time. I hope to get to port early. I am not wearing the shirt bc i didn't get one and I have no lime green yarn so maybe you will recognize me by my kids and my picture. If not then just look for a little brown haired 3 yr old driving his mom crazy. That will be me.

HI to all!!

Haven't posted in a couple of days - have just been reading with nothing much to say!

Was a lovely day - taught a CNA class at the college this a.m. and took a big spill when we left the building - splat!!! Stepped off the sidewalk and twisted my ankle and right down on the tushie! I just decided to lay back on the sidewalk and just laugh What else could I do?? How embarrassing!! But thank goodness I didn't sprain or break anything!!

During class our only male student asked what cruise I was going on and when I told him Disney he said "The Magic??" and I said yes, and he said - my cousin Boris works on the Magic - can you give him a note?? Man, this is a small world!!

I just read some disturbing news on the DIS boards - there is a new dock at St. Thomas at Crown Bay and the Magic used it for the first time last week. There are no shops and I can't seem to find any info about how far it is to the Havensight shops or the tram. My plan was to just get off the ship and walk and shop. Doesn't seem that that's going to happen now!! Need info if anyone has it!

Well maybe this or the next one will be the 200th post!!

Can't wait til Friday!! Leaving at 5 a.m. to drive to Cocoa Beach!!

Just checking in before our company arrives for the OSU game. I have been busy making dips/bread and snacks!

DS(15) had another double header baseball game today...last one for him until we get back from vacation.

I actually got to take a nap today! The little guys slept for 3 hours this afternoon! They must have been pooped after DS(15)'s baseball games!

Maybe this post hit the 200th page................
