I am not traveling with any kids this time but I usually give kids gifts to all the kids on all the groups... I think this time there is only just over 30 total.... I love seeing the kids get magic.....

So on Wednesday our cruise materials arrived.....FANTASTIC!

But, today the Pub Crawl T-Shirt arrived.....AWESOME!!!!!!!

Oh.....called Disney to confirm a crib for the room (Very dadly of me.) The CM said that the GTY's for the outside deluxe rooms would likely not be assinged until the week of the cruise! Just one CM's statement but wanted to share the info!

I hate you GTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, I hate to dress up for formal night and usually just wear slacks and a nice blouse. And I was planning to just put the boys in a pair of khakis and a polo shirt, but on a whim today I went to Goodwill and picked up a couple of suit jackets for the boys. I even got a clip on tie for my 4 yo! I don't know if the stuff will even fit or if I can get them to wear it, but it wasn't expensive so if I don't use it all, or only once, I won't feel so bad about it.

I'm going to keep looking for a tie for my older son, preferably a Disney themed clip on tie...

well, at least it is good to know that. I'm just trying to stay positive and consider it a surprise. My main thing I want to know is if I will have a double or single porthole and how close we will be to elevators and laundry. Generally I don't care that much which floor I am on.

Just had a great meetup with Hazel&Annie and Magic123/Grumpy234 (?) we had a great time and really made me realise how real this cruise is and how close it is.

Sadly Karentan could not be with us, but we will all be together in 29 days!

So mass chaos around here today. Evidently Sam got into the law school in San Diego but they sent the letter to her Hawaii address and she never go it. So she gets a call today from Admissions since she left a message asking her status. Turns out orientation is Monday!!

Just had a great meetup with Hazel&Annie and Magic123/Grumpy234 (?) we had a great time and really made me realise how real this cruise is and how close it is.

Sadly Karentan could not be with us, but we will all be together in 29 days!

We had a lovely evening thankyou to you all it really was lovely to meet you.

Nice to be able to recognise some faces when we start our trip.

Also was nice to meet Karen for the 5 mins we chatted before she finished work. Hope your journey has improved

Just got a call from gary and unfortunately his dad lost his battle against cancer last night. I need to go into work as I need to find out what time I can get off and how long, then I'll be drivin up to glasgow tonight.
Really sorry to all the Kent meet-up people, I was really looking forward to meeting you all

Can't wait to meet you now too for a blether my accent has softened over the years I have lived up North, so I'm not quite as broad as the rest of my family, but still have a soft Ayrshire accent, there's no mistaking it

I'm really bad at understanding strong accents, do you come with sub titles?

Came home last night to find out that a cat may be living under our house. It was cautious but friendly and when I
pet it, the poor thing was a bag of bones. It had a collar, but no tags (why people? why?!!) so maybe it is lost. I fed it some dog food last night, and now I'm hoping we can find out where it belongs!!

Like Sinnika, I was going to suggest checking with a vet to see if the cat has a microchip.

RE GTY ASSIGNMENTS: Well, I guess I won't be making magnets with my cabin# on them, but I'll live. I'm more concerned about having lots of GTY rooms on our lists (FE, SM, Candy swap, excursions) and trying to locate everyone ...but if we don't get #s soon, we will all just have to list our cabins on the Dis whiteboard (referenced before). DCL, this is annoying !

You are a cheeky monkey.... it's me who'll need the sub-titles for you I have a beautiful enunciated accent, everyone understands me you'll have no hope with Stevie he talks like the clappers

I can't wait to meet you two, just to LISTEN to you talk

I love chatting to everyone and they always mistake my accent for Irish for some reason and always ask if I am Scottish or Irish as they don't want to offend. One warning about the Scottish, the more excited we get, the faster we talk best not to talk to me in the arrivals hall, I will be squealing with excitement

I should be ok with the Scottish accent .... I had good training on our last cruise as we had 4 people from Scotland on our table .... at first I had to concentrate to pick everything up, and they lost me on the slang, but mostly we managed ok

Sarah I am assuming you had no problem last year chatting to Stevie, he's more broad than me I am sure that Lynne had a stronger accent than me, so you will have no problems

I am sooooo excited.... this time 4 weeks we will be in London City Airport Travelodge with Margaret (Magic123) completely hyper and unable to sleep as we are going on our Disney holiday

This time in four weeks we'll asleep but will be getting up at 2.30am for a 3am bus to Stansted

Just got to glasgow, spent a couple of minutes stood at the front door trying to get in as gary and his mum were both out cold asleep, so was stood in the porch like an idiot while the dog was barking like mad!
Again thank you all so much for all the kind words, it means so much to both of us.

And great to meet margaret and DH, and Hazel and Annie, albeit only for five minutes as I was working, but great nonetheless
