Semi-formal dress

I know you can wear a dark suit on formal night. What I'm wondering is would it be weird to wear a tux on SEMI-Formal night?

I can't remember if I saw any, but if your hubby wants to wear one go for it. I think it would be fine.

No, it wouldn't be weird.

In fact, I think most men who rent a tux thru DCL wear the tux on formal and semi-formal, as I think they're paying for a week rental. I remember our first cruise one of our dining companion's wore his rented tux for formal and semi-formal night.

Not weird at all. And as I say, it's better to be overdressed than under dressed!

It will be fine, we saw loads of people wearing a tux on both nights, like mickeyhugger said I think they rent it for a week so want to get the use.

My husband dragged his full highland kilt outfit all the way from the UK so he was determined he was wearing it for both formal & semi formal.

I'd say go for it.
