secret decks?

Where are these "secret decks" and who is entitled to use them?

The two I know of are on decks 7 and 8 at the very aft end of the ship. Deck 7's "secret" balcony is pretty large, with a few tables and a few lounge chairs. Deck 8's is smaller, and probably quieter.

Both are publicly accessible until about 11:00pm, I think.

Deck 7 Aft. Anyone can use it, but there are no services available there. And it's closed overnight.
